Yes they are basically a poulan saw , but when you buy parts for the there a Husqvarna product, I had two of those on my bench two years ago and needed crank seals , and when I looked them up I had a Husqvarna parts # so I went to my local Husqvarna dealer and low and behold they had the parts in stock !!
This will be a very interesting project. There’s many of them around under different names but even those that work are just a tad bit faster than using a handsaw.
Funny how an “unpopular” machine like that can bring so much joy. I get it, sometimes I grab the less desirable off my shelf and run it instead of the super higher end built stuff. Have just as much fun with it too. I ran Home Depot echo with a scored cylinder for years, it always started (after many pulls) but I couldn’t kill it. Thank you for the videos Hopper always something to learn.🤙
I have a bunch of that saw they are just green lol. Poluan 2150 with antivibe is what that thing basically is. My favorite platform 😁 once you get them tweaked up and ported some they run ridiculously well. My latest one I did up starts in a couple pulls and puts a smile on my face every time I use it.
Good day friend. I’ve got a 2137 turbo missing a top cover that I’d send ya. Or just parts of if ya could use something. I’m up in Alberta Canada. You’ve helped me a ton. Hope that’ll help you 👍
Quote from New Life newsletter: A Simple Smile A heart full of joy and goodness makes a cheerful face, but when a heart is full of sadness the spirit is crushed. Proverbs 15:13 Smile. Though troubles may surround you, though challenges may confront you, go ahead and do it. Offer yourself and others the real, transforming power of a smile. If you have nothing to smile about, smile anyway. You’ll surely think of something. Try feeling sorry for yourself while smiling. You’ll find it can’t be done. See if you can think a negative thought while smiling. You’ll discover that it’s nearly impossible. Smile when you’re writing an e-mail, and the person receiving your letter will see it in your words. Smile while talking on the phone, and they’ll hear it in your voice. Smile when face to face and you’ll make yourself irresistible. When the day is bright your smile will make it brighter. When the world is gloomy your smile can make it a far better place. It’s a simple thing, yet it does so much. Go ahead and smile. Father in heaven, today we are learning the importance of the simple smile. We ask for You to fill our hearts with Your joy! Help us to be people with cheerful faces throughout our day so they can see the difference You make. In Jesus name, AMEN! You’re never fully dressed without a smile.

Quote from New Life newsletter: Taking Shape For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10 You become what you think and what you do. Your life is an empty canvas upon which you are continually painting. Though you will have much guidance and inspiration, what you do with that guidance and with that inspiration is ultimately up to you. It is at once an awesome responsibility and a blessing of the most profound and unlimited proportions. And today is when it happens. This is the place and the moment where it all comes together. Even as you ponder these words, the unique work of art that is your life is taking shape. What an immense opportunity it is to be you. The clothes you wear, the car you drive, the title on your business card are relatively minor factors compared to the real, genuine person you’re capable of becoming. See your life in all the fullness of its grand perspective and spend each moment perfecting the special God designed masterpiece that you were born to be. Father in heaven, today we are so grateful that though we aren’t who we want to be yet, we aren’t who we used to be either. As this day unfolds, we face the daily dilemma, what are we going to paint on our metaphorical canvas today? Help us to paint well. Help us to think about who we want to become in 5 years and to work at becoming that person a little each day. We don’t want to just get older, we want to become better each day. In Jesus name, AMEN! What you do today determines who you will be tomorrow.
