As soon as you're getting close to max capacity. If you are making enough $$ and can afford it, and are willing to take some risk, it makes sense to expand your team and delegate as soon as you're landing projects and getting busy
please give some ideas for recurring services + would be very nice if you could show the process of fulfilling these. it is very hard to find new clients always, income is so unpredictable then and sales is always a must. thanks for all!@@dylandavino
