My SECRET to finding GREAT CAMPSITES! [It's easier than you think] 

By popular demand, here is my secret to finding great campsites. This method will make great camping tips for beginners, seasoned off-road 4x4 overlanders, and adventure seekers alike. Free camping and dispersed camping in your local area are not that difficult to discover if you know where to look. This process is by no means the only way but the way we do it at Overland Bound.
Using a combination of the Overland Bound Mobile App (OB1) combined with simple and common sense localized ranger resources, you can be free camping in national forests near US service trails with ease. And, that is my preference- free dispersed camping! This process applies to basic camping, RV life, van life, are serious off-grid 4wd enthusiasts alike.
