Is there a specific time frame to be aware about when poking holes in the base layer of royal icing? When I practiced that technique, the second layer of royal icing sunk into the holes creating craters and air bubbles as they dried. 😒

What AirFryer do you use? I think I'm the ONLY person on this planet that has never used an AirFryer LOL But I want one that also looks and functions like a Toaster Oven.

I have a AAXA PICO Plus. The battery life is short but it works well for my needs at a low price. I have a video on how to set it up.
