My Secret To The Perfect Burger And My Delicious Burger Sauce 

Hi everyone!
Yes! It is finally time to share with you my very special homemade smash cheeseburgers! I also included my special sauce so you can experience that ultimate joy with a classic tang!
Ingredients for the Burger Patties:
Ground Meat (30% pork/70% beef) - 400gr/14oz
Eggs - 2
Mustard - 2tsp
Yogurt - 2tsp
Rusk - 2 slices
Paprika - 1tsp
Salt - 1/2tsp
Ingredients for the sauce:
Tomato paste/Ketchup - 2tsp
Mayonnaise - 2tbsp
Mustard (Dijon) - 2tsp
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
2 Gherkins + gherkin juice
In order to add flavor to the buns and moisture them, I add a very thin layer of mayonnaise before I quickly fry them.
I fry the patties on medium heat.
I like to serve the burgers with rocket salad, lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized red onions, bacon, cheese, pickles and plenty of that delicious sauce, spread on each side of the buns.
