I feel you on finding lotions and creams that are truly hydrating. I usually just get a lotion I really like (eos vanilla cashmere) and a lotion that works (Nivea original moisture) and mix together with a dollop of Vaseline. Works like a charm.

i used to have the same problem. i found the perfect combo though which is the jergens ulta healing lotion and the plamers coco butter oil. i mix them together and it leaves my skin so hydrated and soft i always get compliments on how soft my skin is.

The Glow Mist from Aveeno is my favourite! I put my lotion in my hand, spray the mist on the lotion (still in my hand) and then I mix it and apply it to my skin. Butter. BUTTER. It smells great and it lasts for HOURS. Doesn't work on the feet as well though. Maybe I'll try that O'Keefe's or GoldBond cuz the straggle is real LOL

Also make sure to wear a good sunscreen. Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation can be increased by sun exposure. Also ask your dermatologist for a good retin-A

To maintain my feet, I keep a pumice stone in the shower. A quick scrub after washing my feel is all I need. For extra, I'll lotion my feet and use silicon socks overnight. My feet are always smooth.

Love the self care!! Lol I must say though girl you put me on to Dr. Bronners! It worked wonders for me until after a year in! Girl it started burning me up!! I went back to my good ole dial soap. Makes me wonder if they changed the formula. Same thing happened to my homegirl too. Either way I did like the fresh clean of it. Gotta stick to what’s loyal to me 😊

Great video. Be careful of these pads. As you may know many of them have harsh chemicals in them. Always discreet doesn't seem to advertise not using harsh chemicals like the L. Company or even U by Kotex (If they do advertise it then someone can correct me). I have mixed feelings about Honey Pot right now but there are some companies out there that have something that's safer for us. ☺️

In terms of cleansing balms and oils, I highly recommend you look into korean ones! They're much more affordable than ones in the U.S. and typically have much better ingredients as well

I make my own body lotion. I infuse olive oil with skin friendly herbs then melt in beeswax. You can add in shea, cocoa, or mango butters.
