Washing hair for dummies 1. Oil your hair 2. Wet your hair 3. Dilute shampoo with water, 1:2 4. Apply and massage into hair gently 5. Use luke warm water 6. Post rinse, apply conditioner from ends 7. Rinse with a bucket of water 8. Pat dry with towel 9. Use fingers to section and detangle Speed up the video to 1.5

I have never dyed my hair...I use dryer or straightener once in few months but even though I lose my hair a lot and I don’t know why...may be its because of the chlorine in Canadian water... Allah Saen knows!! have you noticed any change in Pakistani and Canadian water at all? How often should I wash my hair? I have long hair though...shall I use conditioner at every wash?
