I would love to see a video where you create outfits centering your shoes! When I’m building an outfit I usually know I wanna build off one piece, and shoes could be a fun place to start!!
Oh man! I love those Steve Madden boots at the end. They remind me so much of a pair of boots I got in 2004ish that really spurred my love of shoes. Unfortunately, I eeked out a little growth spurt afterwards, but I think I’d totally still have them if I hadn’t.
Ahhh I had a similar situation with my Doc Marten Sinclairs 😭 I was walking up the stairs in an Airbnb and the shoe was so heavy it made me step up/lift my leg weird and I freakin injured my hip!! So stupid!! I just hate how heavy they are. I think I’m just not a doc marten person sadly 😢

Even though I love all the Doc Martens, my favorite boots or yours are the tall red ones. Every time you put together an outfit with those, they just make the look really stand out. What a great collection!

Girl, looking at your dr martens collection, you must have feet made of steel. Those jadons are NOT good begginer shoes for normal mortals, becouse you will be in excrutiating pain. I've had 3 pairs of martens shoes and the easiest to get into are the ones from soft leather, and even those are randomly giving me blisters after 3 years of wear.
I’ve heard the soft leather is better for breaking in! I’ve only tried the sinclairs in the soft leather and I just didn’t love them haha apparently I love pain 😅 no but yeah my Jason’s never gave me issues, but I feel like my feet are always in pain idk so they bother me
@@alexasunshine83 The biggest minus of soft leather is that they will look worn down after short time of use, at least in my case. Jadons are the priettiest but sadly only chosen ones can wear them 😔
Isn’t it such an amazing feeling when you’ve been wanting to find a specific item secondhand for ages, and you finally find it and it’s in your size?? 😄👌 This actually happened to me last week with a very specific statement top I had been wanting to find secondhand for well over a year! I would look for it about once every week. I did find it on DePop about a month ago, but it was from a UK seller (I live in the US), the back zipper was broken, and it wasn’t in a workable size. I ended up finding it on The Real Real last week in the perfect size, brand new unworn condition, WITH TAGS, for one fifth the original price. 👏👍👍 I scooped it up so quickly! 😂😍

It's good to have variety! That way you can use different styles for the weather, different occasions (school, work, event, etc.), and so you don't wear out one pair too fast.
I did! After my bleach hair fail back in November, I went back to my hometown hair dresser and got my root color blended in to help my hair grow and go more of a natural look than what I had previously!

ive had my doc marten loafers for like 3ish years (??) and i’ve never had trouble breaking them in or anything! they’ve always been super comfortable and i’ve worn them for like 8+ hours at a time and felt fine! hopefully the same goes for you!!

So agree about the converse hi-tops, I recently got a pair (the 70s version with the thicker sole) after years and years and even tough they are like a half size too big on me ( I wanted a specific color that was otherwise sold out) and they look a bit clownish with my height, I just love that I can move my toes around. They just seem a bit more fresh than chunky sneakers, in my opinion. Edit: No offense to the NB sneakers! I have a pair like that too, they're just too damn comfortable.

Sometimes when I have doubts about sizing of a certain brand I go to their store, if I can, and try on the item, so then I can buy it second hand online. 😄 Also there are heel grips for loafers, I actually have to buy some because I bought loafers that fit my feet well, but sometimes slide off on the back.
The best way to mold leather shoes to your foot is to put on weet socks. And walking in your home and just have them on. That way you avoid hurt. Dont take your white socks the leather can discolor them. It is not surten that a nother persons foot wearing in a shoe helps. It has a different shape. God luck and avoid blisters.
I got the UNIF Parker boots because of you and loooove them! I actually have the opposite experience about the comfort- my most comfortable boots and I don't say that easily
My favourite of yours would be all the cowboy boots. I have a pair of white cowboy boots and I enjoy them so much. Would love another pair in a different colour/style. Also, Alexa, I went to a concert recently, and the band "wet leg" played their section, and one of the singers, Rhian, was wearing the cutest lace up black shoes, and I am not only extremely tempted to get a pair like those, but to also get Inspo, from how she styled them: She was wearing a black skirt, circle belt, and corset thingy type top. So cute!!!
