The way she talks about the shoes without mentioning any price but the memories and stories attached to them instead. I remember the day I saw this angel for the very first time at Charles and Keith Rockwell, I just froze. I wanted to say hello and smile but I couldn't make myself to. Hopefully one day I get a chance to see her again and could tell her how much I admire her and that she's my hero.

What she's saying about not wanting the latest pieces in fashion is not BS. I remember watching Heart's interview maybe 6, 7 years ago about how she's into classic, timeless pieces and investing in items that you will still wear 10 years down the line. She has Chanel and LV bags handed down from her mom and pieces she got in her late teens that she still uses as an adult. I won't ever forget that advice and I've been abiding by that principle. So thank you Heart! ❤

Isa talaga si Heart sa mga celebs/influencers na may sense and substance kapag nag rereveal ng mga items. Yung iba basta alam lang nila yung brand, price, and its an "investment" ayun, yun na yung video at isang malaking sayang sa oras yunb panonood. All of us know these things are expensive but what's interesting are the stories behind these items and it just makes Heart more interesting kasi alam nating hindi siya gumagastos para lang inggitin tayo.

Relating to her in all aspects when it comes to shoes. Especially wearing boots here in the Philippines. Ang hirap rumampa dito ng nakaboots and people would look at you differently. So when i was in EU, i got so excited and brought my boots and wore them to work everyday! Tapos pag-uwi dito, wala na, balik na ulit sa flats hahaha!

I can relate to Miss Heart about the fact that fashion is self expression and about how you feel. I felt a different kind of happiness when I'm dressing the way I want. When I dress-up even though these dress are from my Lola and Mama, I felt empowered, confident, and I felt like I can take on the world. Sometimes I felt like, my clothes really affect how I feel. I'm happy getting ready for my outfits. I love how vintage clothes of my granparents will be turned or mix-matched to something that screams my personality. And what she said about shoes lasting a lifetime is very essential. You can pair it with everything. It also saves money. We're not rich rich, we're just average. I have the only white sandals which I can use anytime and I really love that. I'm just on the go and it saves time.

I appreciate the fact that even if you can afford to buy the most expensive ones, you still buy secondhand shoes. 🙂 My most expensive pair of shoes is worth around 1,500php and it is a sneakers. Was patiently waiting for the Manolos and SATC/Carrie Bradshaw reference! Love this video! I love that you actually wear them for years! That’s one way of being sustainable! Shame on that person shaming you for wearing those heels! Y2K fashion is coming back and LOL A lot of middle or upper class in Manila are Nouveau Riche. You can tell through their social medias and the way they behave on and off the camera 😆 Your shoe collection is amazing but for women watching this, don’t feel pressured to wear heels if you’re not comfortable with it. Heart is a fashion icon and she travels tons! I personally think that when you buy shoes, clothes or bags , you have to consider your lifestyle and income first. If you are not a fashionista but can afford to invest in really good quality shoes go for the Classic Chanel shoes. They never go out of style and goes with anything! I also do agree with the fact that in the Philippines, you’re maarte if you wear boots 🙄 . I’ve lived in Thailand and been to Australia and it’s literally boiling hot there but people love their doc martens or Blundstone boots even in the summer! You just need to find a good pair of socks that will keep your feet from sweating!

I wish I can have that much of shoes too, but unfortunately it wont fit in my tiny house. 😂😂 And I love the fact that she just don’t wear them when they’re in trend. I just don’t understand why people are commenting na bakit di pa siya magkaanak, grow up people! We may not know baka gusto na nila hindi lang sila nagkakaanak and that may hurt them hearing that. And in fact her vlog is about shoes. Anong kinalaman ng pagbubuntis dito. 🙄
