Doutzen, please help us spread the word about cruelty free make - up and beauty products. People like you are the ones who can really prompt a change. Please please please, do help us. Do help the poor animals that are being mistreated every single day, subjected to tortures and all kinds of horrible things! Just telling people they should check whether the products they buy are cruelty-free or not would do good to spread the word and raise consciousness. I thinks she's the first one to show that she goes to the bathroom after waking up...and I like how she brought up the being present while eating I think i read somewhere that by not concentrating while eating and just watch tv or cellphone it does not make our brains clear that we are eating and that's why we tend to eat afterwards when it's not necessary
