Dasha don’t you use sunscreen ? It’s also very important ! Advice: -apply routine to neck as well - go to sleep early get enough sleep - Sometimes does face massage with emu oil using guasha - Eat healthier, reduce sugar and carbs , drink water , reduce stress Anyways thanks for the routine beautyyyy

I agree with you, D because a sleeping schedule not only improves skin care but it also changes your mood and your attitude towards everything. Even if you sleep 8 hours a day, sleeping at night is not the same as sleeping during the day. So yeah, that is a good point that you mention on your video ;)
when you said "You are just beautiful and amazing as you are right now" i felt that. Even i have pimples on face but i take care of my face by drinking more water and i don't use face creams that has harmful chemicals!! love your videos ❤️ (sorry for late)

In the morning I usually wash my face with a dermatological soap bar and apply moisturizer and sunscreen. If I skip any of those products, bad things happen (REALLY bad things, as in 10 new pimples in 1 day). Thanks for the tips. I'm going to look into using some serum as my next face skin care venture.

i recently found out that i'm allergic to dairy products and eggs, i get mad pimples and redness on my skin. after i cut all of those, my skin clears up instantly. a proper diet really do help to have a clear skin, and of course cleaning your skin routinely is important as well.
