Do you simply buy as price retraces into your demand zone, or do you wait for an FVG to appear from the demand zone before entering?

Well, your demand zones are validated in the presence of an imbalance, which in turn produces FVGs. So my question is - do you enter a trade only when a new imbalance is created from a reaction against a previous demand zone?
