You're right, Liam should have explained everything to her from the start (including telling her that she last time she saved his life, the resulting injury made her unable to have children). Being told by Luna that they'd been dating for six months and she was pregnant was devastating. His requests for her to trust him and just wait 10 months without explanation were meaningless.
Don't know what to comment on this story. A wonderful person is critically injured. When the hospital calls to obtain permission for life saving surgery, the request is treated as a prank and ignored. She dies and is forced as a spirit to witness the aftermath with her family learning some truths (eg, Luna's lies and mistreatment of her dead sister) and observing their reactions as the facts are revealed. Even though her love took decisive action in response didn't feel any satisfaction.
