I'm about to do mine this week. I'm 6 yrs in and this is my 4th time coloring. I had a thought after I watched your video. I only color my roots every other year, do you think it would make a difference if I coated my ends with coconut oil before coloring? Or no? I was thinking coconut oil has lots of protein and maybe if I slather it on it might protect my ends... But I don't want to loosen my ends either. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated, I loved the video and your hair is beautiful 🥰
Have you considered putting the aphogee on before bleach? That is what the website says, but I have never seen anyone else do it that way. I’m curious about your thoughts as a professional. Thanks for the feedback.
You can do that. I would suggest waiting about 4 to 6 weeks before putting a color or any chemical service on the hair after. Reconstructors usually requires time in-between the treatment and service to give the hair time to readjust.
