Where we just moved into, the landlord said no piercing of wall and if you do, anything fixed on the wall won't be removed Even if you are packing out unless you will fix the wall. This is making it so difficult for me to fix my kitchen.. pls what do you suggest I should do?

My heart sank wen I eee under your sink no trap???? this is a health hazard Sewer gases can rise through the drain pipes in your home, but the u-shaped bend in the p-trap collects water. This water blocks the gases from rising up into your sink.
