Trailer lookin great Chump. U should get some used or some cheap panels and just though them on the ground by ur small array or just against ur fence for the time being until u get the new shed done so u can get that battery charged up faster and run everything u got. vertical looks good for the space, i'd hook up the original panels to the new unit (if they have enough startup voltage, amps, etc)

It’s really coming together and looking good too! If the batteries bother you and you won’t be using them, I say just store them elsewhere…like the basement

I like the idea of vertical mounting them, also move the old system to the camper 100% and put the shed fans on the main system. I would add the other panels to the main system only if it doesn't lower the efficiency of the pergola panels

You catch the fever, I started with 6 x 545W panels, now I have 37 and looking for space for more :). With the panels you have it´s OK second inverter under the first but plan to mount them side by side, DC circuit in my inverters get hot when charging with 150A in future you will be cooling inverter 1 with hot air. I agree connect the old panels to inverter 2 and why not old batteries.

Looking good, the fans pull too much power for the cfm you need, this is why I recommended the ac Infiniti ones long ago. They used very little power compared to the airflow you get.

Make sure you want the unit from signature solar because if you return it they will be charging a restocking fee
