Cool that you're engaging. That's how it all starts. Not knowing what is what, then you're right, it becomes a treasure hunt, it grows on you and then, it's a forever thing, no matter where you go or travel. We look for deals and have so much fun doing it. Wish I could do this full time. Maybe a retirement plan.
When going to a thrift to source for the 1st time don't go to clothing, start with hard goods of some type. I think this is easier than clothing which can be tricky and sometimes more long tail on many low end brands. This just my opinion.
First of all, if I were you the first thing you wanna do is look for the things that you know about… like men’s clothing for instance, that is a very popular selling item and I’m sure you already know what things that you like to wear so look for that
The patio set outside--at least two of the wire chairs leapt out to me as possible Salterini...if you have space that would have been extremely valuable. Even if they were knockoffs, if they were priced at all decently, you'd make WAY more than you would off the average piece of clothing.
what if you buy a "lot" of something. Say for example you buy a box of t-shirts for $20.00 and there are 10 shirts that you resell for $10.00 each. You sell 4 shirts. How do you show that on your Reseller Spreadsheet? Struggling with that concept - could you do a video on that? The fees, expenses for each item is different than the initial cost/expenses etc.
Oh sweet! It seems a lot of people have taken up thrifting and reselling. I say it has to do with the economic times. Re use and repurpose! Haha but obviously some people might now like the masses doing that! cough cough let’s hope big corps don’t lobby together and start pushing for thrifting “regulations” lol
