TED'S LA PAZ BATCHOY is delicious, but POPOY'S LA PAZ BATCHOY us my favorite. La Paz Batchoy is paired always with Iloilo Puto wrapped in banana leaf and a bottle of chilled Mt Dew to wash down all that oily dish. My favorite Halo-halo is either at Mang Inasal kr Chowking. At Mang Inasal, i always order the Halo-halo that's osired with Palabok. Try also the PANCIT MOLO at Molo Mansion, ir at JD Bakery/Cafe, or at Carlo's Bakery/Cafe at the malls, or at the popular Kap Ising's at the Ayala Atria Shops. Try skso the IloIlo Kansi at Patpat's Kansi Haus at Seminario Road in Jaro District, across the Jaro Plaza. Snd Roberto's Siopao or KongKee Siopao across Roberto's at JM Basa Street, downtown Calle Real Heritage District. Both to me are delicious! Chicken Inasal? Try Barrio Inasal at Aurora Subdivision, or Chicken Sari Sari at Commission Civil street in Jaro District, front of SM Hypermart -Jaro, at near corner Jalandoni and Commission Civil Streets, back of Colegio de San Jose in Jato District. Restaurants? TATOY'S or BREAKTHROUGH restaurants. Or WAWA HERITAGE RESTAURANT. Heritage meaks in Heritage Mansions? Try Balay Remedios at Bonifacio t; Balay Sueño at Washington street corner Benedicto Street across Jaro Plaza; Casa Maruja at Mabini street, back of Iloilo Central School; Camiña Balay-nga-Bato and Museum in Villa Arevalo District; Cafe Año at Lizares Mansion in Tabuk Suba, ibdide the Angelicum School -Iloilo; soon to open on Saturday, April 13(?) or 14(?), Casa Agatona, in front of the Jaro Plaza.

I remember my first trip to the Philippines got there Christmas night 2017. We got checked into the hotel we walked to Jollibee to get something to eat. The first thing I noticed was an armed security guard with a shotgun at the front door.

What exactly is your idea of an American? He's from the US. Either born there or a naturalized citizen so that makes him American.

Get real bro your still Filipino flesh and blood your only American by paper/documents you might rather use Fil-Am it's more appropriate. PH has Uber before but because they have lots of issues that's why they we're shutdown

Ethnically he is Filipino but he is also an American citizen so he isn't wrong. It's up to him to choose what to call himself. I'm 1/4 Filipino myself. We speak Tagalog/bisaya and I lived there for 8 years as a child. The culture is very much alive in 3 generations of my family. I consider myself one but I've been told many times by full Fil-ams that I ain't one because I don't look like one. There's definitely gatekeeping on who is Filipino and who aint.

I get you but the viewers would think differently and for sure this vid would have negative feedback from them and he will only get small views. It would be better if the title is just first impression of the PH, visiting relatives or friends, visiting certain locations in the PH.

@@odemarkluidelacruz4259 nah. Then Filipino viewers need to rethink their bias about what Americans lookslike. If he wants more views then he'll need to work on other things too besides worrying about negative comments to get the YT algorithm to share his content. Maybe putting "American" is one way for him to make Filipino viewers click . Whether the comments are negative or not, how long viewers stay engaged is also a plus.

American is one’s nationality. Races in USA are White (Caucasian) Black, Latino, Asian. Chinese born in the USA are called ABC (American Born Chinese). So maybe we can say ABF (American Born Filipino), just say ABF 😊Just my thought. Not a big deal. Peace✌️
