In the U.K , is the same..It depends on the parents income..Those with parents on low income get free meals..As for breakfast, they have breakfast club...It usually starts between 7.30-7.45 am until 8.30 am..The parents pay for the breakfast club. Summer break is from July to September...6 weeks of break.. We have reception , primary school and secondary school.
