In this entertaining talk Bill Haney(Father and partner to professional boxer, Devin Haney) dives into what it takes to become a partner in business with your children. Haney believes that parents have a unique opportunity to find the "star" within their children. Bill talks about the difference between having your child do what YOU want versus what THEY want, stating that your child will go longer and harder for THEIR dream and not yours; becoming a 'Parent to Partner'. Moving from parent to partner means that you're constantly preparing your child for adulthood.
