He's not even my son but Im am so proud of him. Future Chef for sure. Love how you guys allow him the freedom to be creative. One of my favorite families for sure.
Nothing difficult about following a recipe, anyone above the age of 13 can cook. It’s just rare because they can’t buy themself the ingredients or really have a recipe to follow
Exactly! My mother-in-law peeked my son's attention when he was only 4 years old. She was the best cook in our lives! It became his desire to become a chef early. He went to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary school and now? That young man has been throwing down in the kitchen since at LEAST the late 90s. Born in 88, when I threw my back out when he was 11, that boy cooked for me daily. Fried pork chops. Homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, country fried corn! His grandma did a complete SOLID by being an excellent cook. ❤ Mis you, mom. Rest in peace.

Nah he need to go find a football team to play on💪🏿💪🏿 remind me of myself when I was that age. Big, Fast, Strong. And, being a kid your body weighs less, workouts and sports at that age are very rewarding to your older self.

Looking at your son, I CAN believe that he made that. A lot of it actually. But good on him. Seemed like a great meal and you seem like a very supporting parent. Love to see it.
As a chef myself it’s nice seeing you as a mom encouraging him and posting about him cooking :) he’s got a lot of talent help him learn how to plate nicer meals and he’ll be an award winning chef in no time!
I am a classically trained Chef graduated from one of the oldest culinary schools in the world and I can for sure tell you he has the fortitude of an aspiring chef. His knowledge of blending and marrying flavors at his young age is impressive. Go ahead young chef! You did your thing! Blessings!!!!!
It's a good thing that chefs like you are encouraging the young people. I've read people saying negative things about him like getting diabetes and his health is going to go downhill, when all he did was cook for himself, rather than going out and getting fast food chicken. (Maybe they're jealous that a young guy is better than they are) 😂😂
He's so good because his mama once encouraged him when he made himself a burger, and kept encouraging him ever since. Well done mama, you raised a good kid 👏 🎉

I'm not saying that it is uncommon, however it is uncommon to see young people actually doing something with it and I'm glad he is doing something he seems to enjoy.

Ain’t that the truth, you can never you try cooking when you’re a kid and they get mad at you for every little mistake and then when you’re older they mad as hell that you still don’t meet their expectations for cooking.
