I'm having this because one of my legs is an inch shorter. The back pain and scoliosis I have deal with for 35 years is debilitating. I hope even leg length will fix this. Actually hoping i wont get too much taller because im already a 177cm tall thin female. Thanks for giving me hope ❤🎉😊

Einfach perfekt! 😍🦵👍✌️

@@detective5253 I understand your perspective, and I agree that regaining athletic abilities after surgery involves various factors. Genetics, body structure, hard work, and discipline all play important roles in determining the outcome. Firstly, genetics can influence an individual's athletic potential. Some people may naturally have a higher proportion of fast-twitch muscle fibers, which are associated with explosive power and strength. Others may have a genetic advantage in terms of bone density, joint structure, or cardiovascular capacity. These inherent factors can contribute to someone's ability to recover and regain athletic abilities after surgery. Secondly, hard work and discipline are crucial for achieving any athletic goal, including post-surgery rehabilitation. The recovery process requires consistent effort, adherence to rehabilitation protocols, and a positive mindset. Patients who are dedicated to their rehabilitation exercises, follow their healthcare provider's advice, and maintain a disciplined approach are more likely to make progress in restoring their athletic abilities. Furthermore, having a strong foundation of bone density and muscle mass can certainly provide advantages when it comes to strength training and physical activities. Strong bones are less prone to fractures, and well-developed muscles offer greater support and stability to the joints. This can enhance performance and reduce the risk of re-injury during the rehabilitation process. However, it's important to note that every individual's journey and response to surgery and rehabilitation will differ. Factors such as the type of surgery, the extent of the injury, and the overall health of the individual can also impact the outcome. While genetics and physical attributes can contribute to the recovery process, the skills and expertise of the surgical team, along with proper post-operative care and rehabilitation, are crucial in achieving optimal results. In conclusion, regaining athletic abilities after surgery involves a combination of factors. Genetics, body structure, hard work, and discipline all play significant roles in the outcome. While certain physical attributes may provide advantages, it is important to remember that each person's journey is unique, and successful rehabilitation requires the expertise of medical professionals, a well-designed treatment plan, and the commitment of the individual undergoing the process. 👌👍🦵✌️

The gain is relative to each individual. He was 172.5 before, so reaching 179 will feel like a very noticeable difference and takes him from short to a very strong average height. I believe that is well worth it! He could have done more, but he seems like the kind of guy who really loves doing sports. So I think 6.5 was the sweet spot for him to get a very noticeable height difference without getting greedy and risking slower or difficult recovery. If he had done 10 on the femur, proportions may look a little off in shorts. But everyone has different priorities. Some people just want the max height and happy to wear long pants to hide new proportions. Everyone's goals are different and most guys were not that athletic before the surgery. So they are not worried about being super athletic afterwards. They just want to be totally functional again. I think a lot of guys actually get in their best shape, because they now have great motivation to work out and stretch consistently the rest of their lives! That is yet another positive effect of the surgery!

@@Maxxxim1the key word I feel is "limit" and limiting is not the same as destroying With dedication and just flat out healthy living (regularly exercising and stretching, eating healthy food and sleeping well to help your bone get what it needs to heal) you can live normally You won't be a juggernaut athletically but if it makes the people who do it overall happier then whatever

When girls do make up or get facial surgery anyone says nothing. When men do this surgery, everyone blames him. Double standard society.

He will NEVER jump normally again! Anybody who disables themselves with this surgey can kiss goodbye to their weight bearing & athletic ability! Oh they’ll be tall alright… a tall cripple. That said though, i will give credit where credit is due. This is hands down the BEST recovery from this surgery that i have ever seen. He deffo doesnt have full athletic ability. But his walking and running ability is easily at say 60% which is way better than any recovery i have ever seen. Maybe its because he only lengthened 8cm and only the thigh bone. People ive seen who have done 15 cm on both tibia and fibula combined still walk like disabled ducks even 3years post op. His results are no doubt remarkable.
