It’s seemed like after I got my master degree it was hard for me to find a job. I kept getting knocked down. It’s got so bad I cried at 2 interviews. Nobody would hire me it was either I was Over qualified or no experience. I would Pray and cry every night I was so frustrated. God finally opened that door for and now I’m in the field getting experience I need. God is so good this story was really hitting home for me.

Listen to me: God had to block every interview to put you on the journey of self employment. When you prayed he began to order your steps, because you asked for his help. Now that you chose to acknowledge him on today, watch him move🎶👏🖐🙏

I remember wanting to work at Sephora sooooooo bad. I applied to three locations, two of which were in JCP. I had two JCP interviews and I didn't end of getting the job. I cried my eyes out! The last interview was at a free-standing Sephora at the mall. I got the job for seasonal and ended up working there as a color artist for three years. Sometimes like you say you have to keep pushing.

Oh my God our stories are exactly the same! I been crying and heart been treating hard and shit. I did the mac thing and Macy's and Este Lauder and Ulta and Sephora and nothing happened. I was chasing it so hard I actually went to cosmetology school thinking that they would teach me how to do makeup but It ended up all about hair, which I already knew how to do. Now I'm certified in it, but I still love make up! I'm just so ashamed to get back on you tube cuz I have been gone for years. It's literally debilitating! Thank you. I needed this!

This is crazy because I’ve been through the EXACT same thing. I was hired at clothing stores & worked in Sephora but it was stressful. Afterwards I tried working for Lancôme & other beauty stores & nothing fell through. I’m also stuck with my IG following and it’s become discouraging so I don’t even post as much. I’m also good with hair/wigs so I’m trying to get consistent with that. God had something better for you & I believe that He has something better for me as well.
