All of your videos have practical tips (Intero/exteroceptive meditation) and useful & info that made me understand more how stress & mental issues work. I don't know if you are familiar with Dr. Andrew Hubberman, a very populat neuroscientist here on youtube, he talked about a type of mediation where you focus on your third eye center, behind the eyes on the prefrontal cortex. This type of meditation helped me relief headaches and bodily pains caused by anxiety & made me feel okay just being present. Could you perhaps make a video about this ? Also i use a lot of subliminal messages to help me bypass my anxiety and fear states, do you use any ? Thanks a lot of the videos you're really helpful !

Thank you for your feedback! I'm so happy to hear you're finding my videos helpful :) Huberman is a big inspiration! I'll definitely look into third eye meditation and create content on the details. There are so many fascinating meditation protocols that I hope you'll find helpful on your journey with pain & anxiety. Using mantras/affirmations or subliminal messaging as you mentioned is another amazing strategy! I often use different phrases for grounding when I'm in stressful situations. What we tell ourselves is often what we become, so being intentional with our thoughts and mental patterns is so powerful. ✨Kait
