I'm. Wondering maybe you know, I used to think when I was tired at the evening after eating bad it was because I had a carb dip, just draining my energie. Now im wondering is it possible it wasn't the carbs but gluten? I know I'm know fully allergic don't have like extreme problems. But thinks like diarrhea, tiredness, being down and getting allot of weight gain
i know you mentioned how going into the health world can be obsessive and its not always healthy to lose a lot of weight, but could you give some tips on how to lose weight especially in college after the freshman 15 hits? i still want to go out and enjoy my experience here but i feel like it is preventing me from being able to go out and have fun and eat out with friends, etc.
