Kfffhng dyspnea is a medical term meaning “the inability to breathe” literally dys- “bad or difficult” pnea- “breath” like ~ hard to breathe. I’ve never heard of them but thats such a funny name for a brand. Like calling a brand uh…Melena or sthing. Or Proteinuria. Funny.
Literally the only reason I want to lose weight as a midsize person is to be able to buy clothing that I really like and want to wear instead of scrounging around for something that just fits me and doesn’t look bad. I just want to be able to express myself with what I wear and I just cannot in this day and age with this shitty size inclusivity.
@@seaottar25 yea same, I’m happy with my body size but I literally can’t find pants because of the way my thighs and hips are shaped, and the size of my belly (tummy? stomach? I dont know the right word to use bc they’re all cutesy words or have a ton of stigma attached but I’m talking about a part of my human adult body?) bc i’m an apple shape kinda round :0 :). Love that ppl find clothes that fit them, can’t help but be angry jealous that I don’t get the same sizing options even though my body deserves to be clothed nicely just as much as anyone else’s.
@@Ouchiness yea it’s just so sad that we have to make do. The fashion world as is really isn’t gonna change within the next 5-10 years, it took so long to get to where we are now with size inclusivity and it’s not a lot of progress at all if you look at it as a whole. I’m not willing to wait around for the possibility of companies catering to my size while sacrificing my self expression in the meantime, so unfortunately it means I have to change myself. But that’s one less midsized person to demand larger clothing sizes from big brands, but what can I do? I’m just one person who has a lot of body dysmorphia and clothing is so important to me not for superficial reasons but because I want to match the image of myself that I have mentally so I can present my internal self externally. I already put in the work with my therapist contemplating if I could change my mind instead about how I want to present myself but I don’t think that’s ever an option for me. It really does suck
@@seaottar25 no I absolutely hear you though. There’s a lot of talk floating around about how you need to love your body, but body love is partially also not fighting things like dysmorphia/dysphoria and changing them. I absolutely wish you the best and I hope you feel really lovely in your body whatever size you end up. Yes it’s great to have representation but more important than that is taking good care of yourself, and you seem to have realized what will be protective of your mental health and that’s really good. You can’t help the people around you if you’re not in a good place yourself.
I saw a couple things on their site in an XXL that I liked, thought about getting them…..then I looked at the size chart. An XXL on there is a size 12 in US which is a Large not a 2X so sadly because I’m bigger than a size 12 I can’t shop on that site.

Getting a haircut for the first time in my life today and I'm almost 22 (yes, for the first time ever) since my 'religion' forbids cutting hair even a little bit but I'm not really religious lmao so finally i get to trim my REALLY LONG jet black hair to at least shoulder length for the very first time🤧 and your videos of ruining your hair finally made me take this step lmao, i could've done it a few years ago when i was 18 but finally I'm doing it today, in a few hours actually 🥰
Oh. Congrats on getting the courage to cut it. You will feel about two feet taller/lighter. And less headaches from weight & tension. On a side note, I assume you never colored or bleached it due to your religious beliefs? If so, put the hair in small ponytails under where you are cutting it. Save it and see if there is a place to donate the hair for cancer patient wigs. It's so rare to get completely natural hair in any length.

@@mksketchms Most shops will have info or be able to help with donating it. When I was a barber, I helped at a few fundraisers in my town that donated the cut hair. I think my fav was an eight year old girl who grew her hair for two years to donate

Throw a demin jacket over the oatmeal outfit and wear it out too! Thats such an easy way to be able to wear that out and I know you have to have one somewhere, in some color! (I think classic demin would look the best but one with designs would also be really neat, anyway) that way you could also get some use out of the top because the outfit together is really stinking cute but I TOTALLY understand what you mean about wanting to be covered and cozy at home, I'm the exact same way haha. xo

The cringe when Dan ripped off your nose strip was so intense! OUCH! Even taking those things off slowly damages my delicate nose skin so much that I can't wear them :(
@@briyannabrown4033 Yeah, shouldn't rip it off anyone, but especially not from her nose. 🙁 He was going with the logic that we're taught to rip off a bandaid fast to get the pain over with. He obviously hadn't read the removal instructions for these which says that you're to gently remove from the outside, slowly working your way in and also he didn't spend too long thinking about it before he did it. I'm sure he didn't mean to cause her any pain. Still, poor Alex's nose! 😬 I hope she's going to get some relief soon.
Dear Alex, having seen how you seem to love playsuits/jumpsuits and 70s style pants I'd recommend you have a look at Miracle Eye from LA! They have amazing stuff, including playsuits, overalls etc. in pink and green vintage patterns, some of which made from vintage fabric and everything is ethically made. You can also get made to measure and/or adjust pant length..... pricey but amazing.
I'm the same way I grew up wearing second-hand clothes or cheap clothing because of not having much growing up cuz my mom was a single parent raising the whole lot of us so there really wasn't much there as far as name brands anything like that was an extravagant which happened rarely if you can afford it and you like it why not who cares what anyone else thinks enjoy what you like

Hi Alex, there’s this youtuber, Aka Aislin. She bleaches her hair a lot, because her whole brand is trying hair dyes and the like. She tried a product the other day, K-18, I think! Maybe you could try it! She said she liked it a lot and made her bleached hair feel much softer and not so thin!
