My Summer Car - Episode 1 - Food Run 

Ah, good old My Summer Car. Iv recently started a new 2022 playthrough and its amazing how much this game has changed over the years.

As a Finn, I love watching people play this. And I died of laughter when the driver flipped out. :D

Whenever I play this game I walk in Dutch, piss in English, swear in German and drive in finish.

*my reaction when I’m playing in August 2019* “this is the van, it’s for moving around places” *cries externally while screaming why uncle why*

So realistic and nice game! Te feeling of freedom and no phones or internet. Really want to play this!

MAN, this is some memories, love this game. bought it a week after this video and its so damn good.

I cant get over the memories that have flooded back, im now old lol 50, when I was 16 I started building my first car, the game is just fantastic, the only pleasure I didnt have and always wanted was a pit and garage, they made life so much easier, and you could guarantee if I broke down and had to work on it, it would start to rain, im not a betting bloke but id put money on that the rain would set in when you were desperate and needed the car back on the road ;) SUB here, love your vids, Keeps em coming please.

You can die by answering the phone during a thunderstorm!? lol. This seems like a really cool game, extremely detailed, and one I think I'd enjoy playing after I learn how to play it.

This seems to be an acurate representation of finish country life in the 90s i have a finnish friend and this is100% him

Love all the cultural references in this one. Oispa kaljaa (8:51) means "I wish i had some beer". The gambling machine "Markka-lama" is a reference to the economic crisis in the 1990s, with portraits of the Prime minister and the Minister of Finance at the time.

I reckon the creator of the game is just recreating his own childhood.

I love this game. Paul is right in when you figure out how to get your car built and running for the very first time. When you put it into gear and it starts moving under its own power. It feels good. I would recommend taking the Jerry can and hop on the boat to go shopping on the first day for food. Save money by drinking water instead of beer.

you open the gift money the same way as a bag. you put it on the ground and press f without picking it up. also, please complete the race and own all of the parts in the catalogue before the series is over and revisit the game when update come out after that. I was going as fast as possible back home in the middle of the night from Peräjärvi via Loppe dirt tracks and Pena's (the drunk green car guy) car headlights showed up in the distance. He rammed my Kekmet (the tractor) because I couldn't get out the way since there were inclines on the sides of the road. He survived, I survived. He eventually turned his car around and his rear lamps slowly disappeared off in the distance. Possibly the scariest moment I have had in this game so far. Two other times I saw Pena going 100km/h into a tree directly in front of me next to Teimon Kauppa, and then I also narrowly avoided a collision on the Loppe/Rykipohja junction leaving Kesselinperä

the sauna looks like the bins you put your dog waste in in. the ones in the parks. ! lol 😂

This video popped up on my front page just now. I saw the "Episode 1" and thought he'd restarted the MSC series, as I know he was talking about doing that that in one of the last episodes he made. Oh well, it was nice to watch this one again.
