My Summer Car: VK1 TV channel (concept) 

We need this as an MSC mod

Great news for everyone, there is a new mod on nexus that allows to replace the tv programming (it doesn't work with the jail tv for now, but ngl nice mod).

found this on the steam community tab for MSC, pretty good and convincing!

I just found this video haha, but in fact you can create the TV channel or well more or less, using the VHS mod
