is this creepy? sometimes I just randomly play a michelle phan video when I do my homework or when I'm just surfing the web in the background, because her voice is nice and calming and the music isn't distracting or anything. it's like, white noise, but GOOD white noise. I've seen this video 238932 times (it's actually one of my favs) but idk. i just play this video when I'm doing stuff and since i've watched it so many times, i don't always have to actually look at it
I love how you always stay so sincere, no matter how famous you become. You don't make videos to promote brands, you do it because it's what you love to do (:
Since I have veeeeeeeeeery long legs, bikinis, high heels, too-short shorts and skirts, swimsuit bottoms that aren't boy shorts, and vertical stripes all make me look like a distorted giraffe.
not bikinis! you need a more intricate bottom, that's all! distorted giraffe tho? Or just a giraffe. . . I'm not agreeing with you, I'm just saying. Anyways, like the rest of us, you'll learn how to embrace that and it'll become a PLUS
favorite video! whenever your hair looks a bit oily dont worry, not your mothers dry shampoo spray actually works. it gives you a matte finish and leaves your hair smelling good. it comes in a green can :)
I was all "I'm not spending $38 on a 'slimming' product. Maybe I will if Michelle Phan says it's good, and I don't think she'll ever review it!" Well, sorry wallet... looks like Michelle Phan likes it...
I've been throwing out a lot of makeup (like old makeup I've had since high school and before...which I'm 25 now) and just donated a lot of clothes that don't fit..so this was helpful with giving me ideas of what I need to stock up on.
i have been coming back to this vid for YEARS and just realized she said EXO!! we stan!! (btw kais my bias kyungsoo and jongdae are my bias wreckers ;))
Yes pls , I've checked out a lot of whitening products , but there are all so expensive . But then I gave up and started using crest whiting strips but they are 50 DOLLARS for only 25 strips . The end result of your teeth after isn't the best.
I swear by Arm and Hammer's tooth paste. It leaves my mouth feeling clean and you see results within a week or two. I started using their newest one which claims to give you a brighter smile in 5 days and it has definitely brightened up my teeth. Everyone is different. Crest white strips didn't work well for me but the arm and hammer tooth paste made a noticeable difference. It also lightened my gums! I have dark spots on my gums from genetics and it reminds me of gum disease and I am so happy that the tooth paste actually started to correct it. It has baking soda and peroxide in it which of course helps for whitening. Try it out!
I just saw the pile of clothes on the left side behind her in her closet, there you can see the tags, and the gel liner and stuff was clear. but she can also have done this just for the sake of the video, to make sure it is nice for us to watch clean products. in any case, im in love with her picks, and i really liked her video! xx
I'm going to Hawaii this summer, and I'd like to get a tan, but since I'm Irish and have super pale skin and red hair, it's practically impossible. Does anybody know good (and preferably cheap) self tanners for people with pale skin like me? I don't want to get too tan because of my red hair; just a little on my legs and arms. I have the True Blue Spa one but I haven't tried it too much. Does anyone know if it's good?
Hmmm try mixing your lotion with some *unsweeted* 100% cocoa powder to make a temporary self tanner(it washes off in the shower)to see what you would look like with a tan before you can commit to a tan that will last for a few weeks at best. I don't know any good self tanner cause I already have tanned skin. Do some research online or visit some stores like Sephora to test their self tanners. Sorry Im not too helpful :/
Haha Cat45 Fine with me! I've always wanted to be able to get a little bit of a tan. I mean I think it would look weird if I had a dark tan, with my red hair and everything, but I'd love to be another color other than white or red.
1 fav summer product = Rimmel Match Perfection foundation, spf 18. Gorgeous dewy finish, and I need a foundation with spf because I'm also big on sun protection, but afraid that regular sunscreens will make my face break out.
Lush ocean salt face scrub and lush mask of magnaminty, I use the scrub then the mask and 99% of my blackheads are gone. After doing it maybe once a week all summer, my skin has cleared up an insane amount I'm so satisfied, I definitely recommend them! I also love lush's solid shampoo, new. It lasts forever and smells delicious, and also helps speed up hair growth. I don't know if you've tried any lush products but I would totally start with those! :*
I really recommend Body Shop's Skin Defensives Hydrating Freshener, as it feels really nice and cool initially, then makes your skin feel hydrated and moisturised! It comes in a spray bottle, and is good after washing your face, or when your face feels dry. I really love it :D I don't know if it's still being sold, but I know you can probably find it on Ebay or similar :)
"L’Oréal no longer tests on animals any of its products or any of its ingredients, anywhere in the world. Nor does L’Oréal delegate this task to others. An exception could only be made if regulatory authorities demanded it for safety or regulatory purposes." "These new strategies and the considerable research efforts behind them have paid off: in 1989, L’Oréal was able to end all testing of its products on animals, without making our products any less safe. Since March 2013, the Group has taken another decisive step: The Group no longer tests on animal, anywhere in the world, and does not delegate this task to others. An exception could be made if regulatory authorities required it for safety or regulatory purposes." Reference: www.loreal.com/csr-commitments/loreal-answers/the-question-of-animal-testing.aspx Granted, it could be false since it is coming from their website, but thought I'd post this anyway
there's no need to through away a perfectly good product, even if it has been tested on animals. if u through it away, the poor animals will have suffered for no reason at all. just don't continue to buy from those companies.
