They definitely dont have to work 3x as hard to be recognized. Next time I won’t shout out how amazing Gwynn was but I def will do it for a pro guy who has all the recognition in the world already :)

You're not helping us, you're separating us from the entire community, and at least half of that community is preconditioned to think gaming isn't a "girl thing." So by labeling her as a woman you are giving people a prejudice before they even see the video without them realizing it. If it were me, it would be off-putting in the least.

They do and can. A women’s league to compete , practice , & be in an environment where they don’t have to deal with harassment while doing these things is not “why can’t they play with men” it’s simply for the reasons I stated above. Plenty of women teams play in Challengers circuit for algs
