My Testimony & Vision for Fit Father (Dr. Balduzzi - deeply vulnerable) 

🎉 Happy New Year Brotherhood! This is Dr. A writing. I just want to send a short message on behalf of me and our entire FFP Team. It’s our true privilege to be connected with YOU in this lifetime. I am really feeling into the significance of that statement today. Of the billions of people on this planet… and of the millions of ways we could invest our time… WE are connected here. We are choosing to better our lives together. There is so much significance in that realization. This year, I’ve learned that the people in our lives right now ARE the RIGHT PEOPLE. That the challenges and experiences we face right now ARE the exact PERFECT opportunities for our next level of growth. As we close 2023, I feel immense gratitude for all the fellowship, love, strength, and perseverance I’ve witnessed this FFP community create. As we enter 2024, I feel immense hope and excitement for all that we will create together next year. Tonight, I invite you to look around at your family & friends… and realize they are PERFECT. Not “perfect” in every characteristic and virtue they possess. But perfect PARTNERS for your growth… perfect MIRRORS for your own development. I hope you see the deep beauty in that… and witness the deep undercurrent of co-creation & connection that links us all together. Incredible!! I’m out on my daily walk and I was tearing up big time. I love his explanation on how messed up our society has become. I’m 67 years old and the changes I’ve seen scare me. I’ve a new granddaughter now and Dr. A’s message is really resonating with me. I’m about to start the program over for the 3rd time. First two were very successful but I always fall off at the end of the year. This message has me writing a new mission statement that I know will help me stay consistent all year. I’m a FFP member for life and I’m so grateful that I found Dr. A and his program.

Great video! I’m sorry for the loss of your father at such an early age. I recently lost my father about 5 years ago, so I know what it’s like. Also, I’m sorry to hear about you and your ex wife, I know it must’ve been hard. You really do tremendous work!

Putting yourself out there in the face of the uncertainty whether or not others will accept or reject you is, indeed, a bold step. It’s a step best taken in faith that God is actively working in and through those who choose to share in His life and live for His glory. Real talk, I’m sad to hear your marriage has not gone as hoped. Who knows what tomorrow holds? Anyway, the FFP has helped me become healthier and more disciplined over the last year and a half. As a pastor, it can be tempting to neglect the physical in favor of the spiritual needs. But they work together. Thanks for what you’ve made available to us thus far. May you be blessed as you continue to grow in Spirit and in Truth.

I am glad I already am a lifetime member of the FFP as I seen the value in it. I believe 2024 will be a great year for myself and the FFP as I am reconfirming my fitness goals and those goals I am setting to improve my life this year. Great message of hope and great things to come. I heard a similar message this weekend and it’s about time men make a public stance for masculinity, fatherhood and Faith that’s been suppressed in our society for far too long.

The honesty and level of self reflection is something I haven't seen before. It came from the heart. You mentioned your own mistakes and uncomfortable topics. Even the split between you and your ex-wife. From my experience it can be quite difficult as a child when your parents hate each other and are not consequential enough for a divorce. I applaud you two because you split on good terms instead of the alternative which is living an unhappy life and raising a child in a toxic environment. Anyways, what a powerful video

Im Forever Grateful that i recently joined the fit father project, This message Shook Me To My Core as Ive denied my callings of Faith due to my wife not sharing the same path/faith that i grew up with. Ive been lost for while, but after watching this video and sharing with my wife and having intense discussions throughout the day about faith/family/raising our daughter how i was raised, i found that my fear of not having my wife's support was not warranted, she has agreed to support me in our relationship and in my callings I've denied for so long. She even stated that since our daughter was born almost 2 years ago, she's considered changing faith's as she feels it would make or house/family stronger and raising our daughter with the beliefs myself and family share would be the best way for our daughter to thrive and enjoy life. Thank You for being Vulnerable Dr. A 🙏💪

One thing to keep in mind, more people than you realize have even more and worse stories of struggle. Yours is very similar to mine, almost scary similar. I appreciate you sharing your beliefs as I think most are scared to do so these days. I have prayed more this past year than ever before as it’s been a struggle on many different levels. Your message is good but at the end saying it’s only $297 is misplaced and comes across as being disingenuous and looking for money in the end and exactly what you pointed out in the beginning of your video. I ask you to think about your motives.

I'm lost for words. At 43 , I feel its to late for me. My Dr has given me couple years. Obesity, diabetes, hypertension,AFIB, ECZEMA, SLEEP APNEA, ANXIETY. On 10+ pills. Don't know, how things got so bad?

You should go for it and rename your channel to the Fit Christian Father/Mother Project and watch it shrink like the attendance to churches across our planet. The reason is that people don't like being excluded, no matter what you say. The perception of organized religion arrives first in people's minds. The part about God resonates with me. I have came to experience that God is light and love which is inside each of us , and it is what connects us together. We all have a purpose here on Earth - to express love towards ourselves and others , each in his / her way. I appreciate the fact that you did not force your believes and personal development on Paige. We cannot force our ways on others, since each has a free will to freely choose his way. No matter what a person is choosing, the light is inside us, the love is our core, the core of who we really are - spiritual beings of love , manifested in a physical form. Thank for sharing on your honesty. Trauma has been experienced in your life, and how people (particuarly men) deal with trauma is so important. Whether it be physically or mentally hiding behind trauma can be detrimental to our lives. Coming out being open is such a video like this sounds like something you nneded to do, something you were called to do. I have been through many changes in my life, and FFP is one of those changes in the last 6 months. You are so appreciated, and even if not validated in your marriage as to your importance in your calling, please hear that you are a special person with a mission. My hope for you is that you can find the right life versus work balance. Pursue your mission and calling with vengenace, but also give yourself permission to simply be a man that enjoys life and family.

And this is why I have stuck with FFP since 2019, through the ups and downs, the wins and the losses, the peaks and the darkest, lowest points. This is what courage looks like. 🙏🏼👊🏼

I've just had covid for 9th time I'm 44 yrs overweight but the last couple times I had covid it was very close to finally die but becuase I had been a strong runner all my life I believe the amount of running I've done all my life is only reason I'm still alive as I'm a asthmatic I don't have good immune system I easily catch colds,flu's,covid but th I ngs are definitely getting better less medication tablets more healthy organic food home grown less supermarkets more outdoor sundsy markets meet the farmer is better then meeting the ever over packed busy supermarkets life is a choice make better choices you live longer make wrong choices you love less fit father 4 life.....😊

The video was rather nice and uplifting until the shocker about the divorce. 😲 Yikes. Something is not quite right when young parents with a young child get divorced. I understand the need for vagueness and privacy, especially since others involved may not want personal matters published on the internet. Anyway, the less said about it, the better. Discretion and privacy and let's move on. ☮

I'm glad I found you on youtube. I now follow you on fb. I have layed down things that I shouldn't have and picked up things I know I shouldn't have. I am 51 and tired of it all. I followed p90x for a while and layed that down too. I had a close call a couple of days ago. My BP was 180/110 and it have put the fear in me. My son is on his way to being what I am and I need to change for him to change. I did'nt have a dad growning up and my mom was really not there either. So it's time to start treating myself better. Like you my faith is strong. This time I will put God in everything I do including my health journey. Thanks for sharing your story.
