This year's Thanksgiving table aims to shop my own home for the decorations. It starts with a faux magnolia garland that's usually used for Christmas and is accented with pears, flowers, and small turkeys. I hope this inspires some part of your decor this upcoming holiday!

Those little floral cups are just perfect. Not a lot of space is taken from the table yet adds so much to the tablescape. You are simply a genius in so many many ways Kaleb. I have watched you since the beginning when your head was between two lights and you spoke softly and quietly. You have grown in so much in every aspect of your videos. The flower arraignments. You can repurpose the Yoplait “Oui” yogurt glass cups for them too. At Amazon, you can by wood or plastic lids to fit those Yoplait glass jars. I think I’ll try the flowers in them. Good for tea light candles too! Tie a festive ribbon around the top.

Ok sweets. Set you a challenge. Pick any room in your house, or outside, find thrifted or garage sale finds and do a makeover. A few decorative pieces will do. This table scape you did is so affordable, it would be great if you could do a room make over of thrifted finds. 😄 I need to update my decor, being an old bird, need fresh ideas from you young ones.

Love your ideas! I started a friend’s luncheon group years ago that meets whenever one of us has the urge to host a party. Everyone brings an appetizer or dessert. It gives us an opportunity to get together while really decorating the table with our best china, linens and silverware. It’s become a big tradition.

1. What a beautiful table! 2. I love grocery store flowers, too. My (Kroger) store even has a wonderful Clearance section. My current kitchen bouquet cost me $3.00. 3. Your silverware is stunningly beautiful!!! Is if a family heirloom? I 've got a sterling set...but for everyday, I use my hub's grandmother's silver. Hey...why keep it in a box, right?!

Kaleb, is your sterling silver the Rambler Rose pattern? That’s mine, and it looks just like that-best I could tell from the video. It was passed down to me from my mother who married after WWII. I love it and use it often-even yesterday for eight of us at the table.
