When I was shopping for my Honda a couple of years ago a Suzuki GSX-750S caught my eye. I've been intrigued by them ever since, This new GSX-8S is a very interesting bike. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
Cool looking bike! I wouldn’t mind riding something like that sometime just to see how if feels. Would be something completely different for me! Great commentary comparing it to others as well!
@@WaltInPA we will have to see what opportunities to ride one come up next season. Our riding season appears to be done here. It’s been a couple weeks since I have been out. Forecast isn’t looking good. It would be fun to show up and the dealership though and ask for a test ride on one when it’s 20 degrees out. 😂
Have you talked to your local dealership about getting one? I'm curious if they might have additional info in terms of anticipated delivery dates and rough pricing.
Isn’t the gsx-s750 bike close to the 8s? I was actually looking for the gsx s750 but couldn’t find it anywhere so went with z900. My z900 cost $9200 so I would rather get the z900 if the 8s is the same
The biggest difference seems to be the engine - the GSX-750S is a Four-Cylinder and the GSX-8S is advertised as having a newly designed "Slim" Parallel-Twin. The 750 is also advertised with an MSRP of $8,549. I'd imagine this new bike has to be very close in cost.
Yea I think this thing is pretty well neutered. Aftermarket exhaust and a good tune probably gets it 10plus hp. 82 seems pretty low...but I haven't seen the torque curve. If it's super flat. The low hp would seem understandable. This bikes gonna do well.
