Bro nanum 1 year back same situation as you, if you have problem in doing math, see the videos of someone solving, if you don’t get even the first step then do the ncert examples and every exercise problems thoroughly as they cover the core concepts of advanced problems. It’s okay to get afraid of the thing which you didn’t master, but you should take actions accordingly. I used Arihant solution book and solved every problems by seeing the solutions, but if you find difficulty to think or doubting yourself I advice you to check best RU-vid videos from basics without skipping even a boring part of the video. It can create a strong confidentiality in your way of approaching maths. And bro, the emotion you feel ‘afraid’ is telling you something indirectly about your goals.
