I took a much needed 3 week vacation from truck driving and decided to update everyone before my return ;)
It was a great time. I was able to visit Lake Tahoe, Ca, the beaches in San Diego, some of the sights in my own home town of Escondido Ca, and spend much needed time with my family.
I am ready to head back to the truck in a few more days where I will hopefully have some time to keep filming the adventures from back on the road.

Hey, try to find a crock pot that you can put under your sleeper. You can have a warm homemade meal by the end of your rout. I've seen it done, and I thought it was genieus. Give it a shot, they do make sealable lids, incase of 'radical driveing' lol

Awesome bro.. Can't wait to see more trucking videos!! one request tho if u can, do more videos of driving n stuff n stop putting audio overlays.. I love hearing the sounds of the truck, personally... glad u had a good time and was able to enjoy ur time off..stay safe brother.. peace!!

It was not so much an accumulation of days that "earned" me this time off.. it was more of a stepping away from the truck (without pay) on my own dime to take this time off.. you can do that any time you want, but knowing that your not gonna make any money, and you have to turn in your truck. It was a good move in hindsight :) I feel better and ready to roll again!

haha yeah .. not quite.. this was like "take 12" haha .. i had people passing by me looking at me weird haha.. so it took me a few tries to get into my groove haha.. thx for the comment though .. it made me laugh - :)

Dude your only bout 100 miles from me, i stay here in Whittier. It feels good to get outta the truck for a while right? And not worry about loads, deadlines, etc. Be safe out there.

Night fall they do this so they don't get burned out, and I used to work for swift and I got burned out after being in a truck for like 45-48 days straight that's y its not bad work ethic so there ya go
