I appreciate my togolese brother for being a good husband and to be a good example for men who think falsely that kitchen is for women, it reminds me one day when i was pounding fufu in Côte d'Ivoire and everybody in the house came out to watch me because it is strange for them that a man can pound fufu.
Seafood takes very little time to cook, that is why it is the last thing to go in. Okro dishes are simple, create a broth to your taste i.e. meat stock, fish stock, chicken stock Spice it up to your taste and it's done.
