I smile when you held up the book on Ecclesiastes because it was the first book I ever read as a new believer. I came out of a drug addicted and just very wild lifestyle and I hated the thought of waking up everyday because I was so depressed and had no idea how to "fix myself". I remember flipping open the Bible to meaningless, meaningless Everything is utterly meaningless! 😂 I thought okay...me and Jesus might get along! Glad to announce today that I love life and Jesus has given my life so much meaning! 💜

47 years ago I became a Christian... coming from a very similar lifestyle. I hated myself for having done all my sin... however, I knew I was forgiven. Thank you so much for this! I am a new mom to an almost 1-year-old and I left my job in the medical field to stay at home. I have always loved theology and reading the Bible, and I have such a heart for ministry. I have been interested in taking classes on theology but its just not in the cards for me right now. I think these books will really quench that thirst in me, and im sure it will be useful for whatever ministries God has me in later on :)

I love books! I’m going for my bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Apologetics. I start my major classes next semester and I’m so excited! It has also been a lot of reading! Which has definitely been challenging

@@coffeeandbibletime Thank you! I’m going to Colorado Christian University. I hope I’m able to have some amazing classes like you did. One of my favorite classes I took so far was the introduction into the Old Testament. It really made me realize how important the Old Testament is. I look forward to digging deeper into scripture and like you said just drawing closer to God.

I would also recommend The Jesus Bible, The Cultural Backgrounds Study Bible, The NLT Illustrating Bible, The Complete Jewish Study Bible, The Holy Land Illustrating Bible, a good Bible Dictionary, a solid basic study Bible like the ESV, a devotional version like She Reads Truth Bible, a basic journaling version like the CSB Notetaking Bible, and the Archaeological Study Bible along with a good Bible Atlas. A good basic commentary set is the Bible Knowledge Commentary Old and New Testament set. Last would be Thompson Chain Reference Bible.

You should not be promoting a Catholic app do you think that Catholics teach a true salvation? It is not worth it for any amount of money and even if it has some good stuff on it if it is Catholic it will be misleading people or supporting Catholic theology and that is wrong I cannot watch your videos anymore God bless you

Loved this video I am actually taking a Bible class in my Christian highschool right now we’re we are going through the book of Grasping God’s Word Hermeneutics and how to study the Bible and interpret correctly and let me tell you something it has changed my life on how getting another way on how to study the Bible correctly and I am so happy that it also influence your life as well and how it was on this list! 🤍 Also keep it up with this Ministry :)
