I love Florabotanica as well. My favorite rose is Oud Bouquet by Maison Lancôme. Soooo delicious! Another good one is Rose Jam by Lush Cosmetics! All of your picks are just awesome Ami, stunning collection! I can only home my collection could ever be as big as yours!
Great video! I love fragrances so much, they're one of those things that is worth splurging for to me. Floral perfumes are my favorite! but I really want one that is mostly rose, and I think it's a shame that they are associated with grandmas because they really do smell divine. I have always wanted a true,long lasting rose perfume and have been trying to figure out what would work for me. This video was really helpful, so thank you!
I wonder if it's a reformulation thing but I personally don't find Paris that heavy. I could see an older version being heavier. I love your videos. Your voice is so pleasant and relaxing and your descriptions are so well done.

Oh, Chloe. Actually wearing Chloe Intense right now, to me it's like a crisp, windy, dry autumn day. Also might go for some Nahema again soon, and one of my all time faves generally, Agent Provocateur.
Love your videos, cute kitty too. Have you tried Inscence Rose by Andy Taur (spelling?) it's an incredible smelling perfume, quite expensive but I love it. Such an interesting beautiful rose scent.

I loved this video!!! Rose perfumes at my favorites. Specifically Florabotanica is my favorite but I also loooove Chloe. I am freaking out because I just found out Florabotanica is discontinued. I have a full bottle and a back up but WHYYYYYYY do they always discontinue the good stuff. I haven't come across anything like Florabotanica in the market right now! What I am going to do without it (crying).

I love the cute kitten!! Paris from YSL doesn't smell like it used to back in the 80's. It used to be one of my favourite fragrances. Now I can't stand it.
I have never tried anything similar unfortunately. There are a lot of Patchouli and Rose fragrances out there that are quite nice though but just different to Midnight Poison. My second favourite Patchouli and Rose combo is Stendhal Elixir Noir, it is in the same family as Midnight Poison and smells so sexy!
Rose Oud by Killian is excellent! It is in the same family as Rose d'Arabie you can say, I remember trying samples of both and choosing to get a large decant of Rose d'Arabie at that time, it's a little less formal than Killian and lasts longer 👍
Just wonderful, I've been looking for "how to make rose essential oil at home" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Neyelin Rose Racinage - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy got excellent results with it.
fyi a great tip to clean the cap of the Chloe perfumes........wait for it......TOOTHPASTE yup, rub some toothpaste on the metal part leave for 1 minute and buff away with a damp cloth, and it will be shining like new.
