Or at least a couple hundred years, then become human and have kids, but it’s just another way of Damen epically loving Elena cause he doesn’t want to be human
As the series goes on you can see how he starts having more and more of his humanity back even if some parts he acts like he doesn’t even though he dose
@@AaGolden6Gaming very true. humanity turning on is not instantly complete like a switch the way it is for turning it off. humanity even after you first turn it off is always in danger of starting to turn on again, and thats why vamps that are turned off are doing everything they can to avoid it starting on again, and if one has lived that life forever it would be really hard not to instinctively avoid feeling or starting to feel whether your humanity is on or not. elena's humanity when it really started to turn on (matt's neck breaking) did not completely turn everything on, elena's humanity focused on hatred (katherine) and the other emotions still needed time to come back. i think it was like this with damon, when his humanity started to turn on in the 90s it probably was only one emotion at a time, and i think it was probably (like elena) focused on hating stefan for turning him (since the thing that started to turn him on in the 90s was him on someone feeding to death) and then longing, to find katherine. in season 2 he gains guilt.
Stefans love wasn’t true because he only loved her as a human, Damon loved her either way. And Elena fell out of love with Stefan and fell in love with Damon. Even when her memories were erased she fell in love with him again.
I just hope every dialogue they express in the episodes was also means a thing in real life. But sadly knowing they broke up in real and make me so sad😓
i kinda agree. i think stefan really loved her but but it wasn’t unconditional like damon’s love for her. i also think that the only reason stefan loved elena was bc of the doppelgänger curse
I agree Stefan’s love wasn’t real. Imo Elena loved Stefan because he represented the safe guy that both her family and friends wanted for her but it wasn’t what she wanted and she was always trying to please and make her family and friends happy and not her. That is why Stefan and Caroline were so upset with her when she chose Damon in season 4. The sire bond was just an excuse to use to explain that Elena was coming into her own person. Damon accepted her just as she was no matter if she was human or vampire
Damon gives her adventure and passion and Stefan is just too focused in being the good boy instead of seeing what elena needs. She needs danger and adventure and just everything that damon offers her!!!
This story was way even better.... Elena wanted to be a vampire for Damon and Damon wanted to be a human for Elena. It's so heart fluttering. But it's just kinda frustrates me because I haven't seen the Season 2 Finale of this. I'm so heartbroken
I kinda worry about both of them as Humans cuz like theyve been in the scene for so long and when they're human and can't defend themselves would be the time for all of the people they pissed of to roll up 🤷♀️
Kissa Dunham no only if the cure left his blood or something bc for Katherine the cure was taken out of her blood so as long as the cure stays in damon he should be good
I loved the wedding episode (up until Kai ruined it, of course, lol). There's also one glaring issue that the writers forgot about. Damon has killed and compelled countless people in his time, taking the cure would put him and Elena in danger. They'd realistically be on the run for most of their lives. See, this is why the cure is stupid and it should've stayed gone in season 4.
Tvd ended 6x21 when Damon committed his life to Elena. What followed was Elena’s dream state after taking the cure. She slipped in to a coma a few days after taking the cure as it was old & corrupted. What we see in seasons 7 & 8 is her weird sleep state. Once she wakens, it as if time stood still. She’s still a vampire, so is Stefan & Damon & the story begins again. Well that’s how I prefer to imagine it. Let’s bring this team back they were so good.
Taylor Domere yeah 😪 and apparently he wanted to marry her too. Still have hope for them since they are both a lot older now and Ian and his wife/Nikki are getting a divorce!

And that’s why I love twilight more than tvd. Bella wanted to be a vampire so she could forever be together with edward but elena wanted to be a human again. It’s just so dumb.

You didn't include the parte when Damon is upset and says that Destiny chooses Dopelgangers (Stefan and Elena) supposed to meet always on one point on the universo cause they belong together...but he says, that doen't matter for him cause he loves her
