I'm a 4th generation native northern Californian, not counting my Maidu (native American) great-great-grandmother. I pronounce it OR-enj and so do most people here. The way you guys pronounce it sounds like AR-inj to _my_ ear.
I visited NYC several years ago. When I arrived and heard people's accents, it made me very happy. I get tired of hearing the local accent where I live. Your accent is beautiful, and I love your videos, especially this series with the favorite colors!

Thank You! Orange has been my favorite since childhood🧡. I’ve found it’s not a popular color in clothing and other things, so I score when it goes on sale - there’s more orange items to choose from!
I never used to wear orange, but have officially decided I like it recently. I prefer slightly darker more red toned oranges and I tend to prefer ones with shimmer too.
My favorite orange is an ancient Maybelline ColorShow called Sweet Clementine. It seems similar to Traffic Cone in a cream formula. The formula is exasperatingly thin & patchy, made more difficult by the super thin brush but the color is perfect, no yellow, red or brown undertones, just clear, bright orrrrrange. Pure Summer!

I love when you say words like pastel, orange, bag and coffee, I hardly ever hear people say things differently so it’s nice to hear a different accent I don’t recognize

I'm trying to get out of my cold color bubble and trying to wear warm colors. I don't really notice the New Jersey accent since I'm also a New Jersey kid, do we really have an accent.

Oh, that's crazy that you mention Ruby chocolate! I just got some the other day because a store had a sale and I had not heard of it before. The taste was okay, but it was just so pretty. Lol
I have Orly Melt Your Popsicle on my toes right now. It's quite a good formula for a neon! Orly neons beat all others, ESPECIALLY China Glaze and Salon Perfect (which is a China Glaze brand).
