Of course the relationship's chemistry was wonderful you can't ignore the toxicity and abuse that hitchens pushed towards Alexa. This is possibly because he is closeted and pushes his aggression out on to her but that theory doesn't justify his actions as a terrible boyfriend. That does puts them lower in my rankings but I understand/respect your viewpoint.

What I find amazing about Mother and Father relationship in TTO is, that we don't see many of other "long term" relationships in other shows (definitely not as the main ship). They've obviously been together for such a long time and even though there were some arguments, they still love each other. Plus the sole beauty of the line "The woman I love had fire in her eyes"
