The F-Classic Gen 3s are the most fun open wheel cars in sim racing. Can take them to most tracks in the game and have good racing. And perfectly hits the midpoint between too planted/boring and cars that are trying to kill you.
Love the DTMs but I prefer the Merc. It is just a bit more “wild”. Super V8s are my favorite DTMs second and Mini JCWs third. Honorable mention is the Sigma P1 in the P2 category. Amazing sounding monster of a car.
Great video man! For me it’s the Formula V10 gen3 with the custom Ferrari / Marlboro livery. The sound, the handling, the feeling of speed! If you ever wanted to feel like Michael Schumacher ( who doesn’t ). This is the way!
Interesting. The Classic Gen 3 model 3 and Porsche GTE are also my top favourite 2 cars in AMS2. I agree fully here. I have to try the BMW DTM. I always drive the Merc.
Great video. Would love to see you do favourite track and car combos. I love the M1 procar, and the old classic Porsche 911 . Fave GT3 is the McLaren . The McLaren Gt1 from the 90's is excellent too. So many others - all the Stock cars . V12 Formula 1 is fantastic. Even trying some oval racing of late which I think has potential.
Great choices though maybe top 5 or even 10 would be even better? Personally I would take the Porsche GTE, the Ginetta GT4 & the Stock Cars from all years :)
For me it's the DTMs, '98 IndyCars, and the P1 Ginetta. Sadly a lot of cars, including the DTMs don't seem to work that well in the rain, and it makes it impossible to properly race the AI. P1s however, don't have this issue.
Good choices! I'm just doing a championship with Bmw Dtm (Tic tac skin) and sounds too gorgeus. I stopped the races awaiting the 1.5 update, look forward to handling the car again. Go on so!
Too many cars. I can't even try them all, but a few i'm coming back to every time are the Formula Vintage Gen 1, BMW M1 Procar, Sauber C9 and Porsche 962, the 911 GT3 R because of it's extensive gearbox sound, oh man i love that. Also LMP2 and Group 5, so great cars!
Nice picks. I would pick the McLaren MP4/1, Porsche 962, but than there are too many great choices like M1, Corvette C3 R, V12 (after some setup tweak), IndyCar Gen 1 Ford Cosworth, 125 ccm kart, BMW GT4, Merc Group A, Brabham BT46B, Lotus 49C, McLaren F1 (both) etc...😀
Woah Leynad, hold your horses 😁 True enthusiast there!? M1, McLaren F1 and Group C where also on my shortlist btw. But since it's "Top 3" I had to make some tough decisions.
