Man this game was absolutely legendary, I played this sooo much as a teen. Even bought a new copy when my first one got all scratched up. A true gem.

MA+SM+WR Long grapple, fast combos against almost every fighter, velocity, opportunity to ko opponents in any scenario with submissions and powerful wrestling moves

1. Jeet Kune Do 🐲 Martial Art + Submission + Wrestling 2. Tiger Fist 🐅 Martial Art + Submission + Street Fighting 3. Drunken Fist 🥃 Martial Art + Kickboxing + Wrestling 4. Freestyle Kungfu 🔥 Martial Art + Submission + Kickboxing

I prefer ma kb sf..it's the one I mistakenly created without even knowing, my first ever creation. It has long grapple, good counter and a very good punching combo when moving forward

Street fighting+Martial Arts+Kickboxing. Is an absolute power house. You can easily destroy anyone within under a min. Without weapons, the help of the crowd, or throwing them against something. Also if you want a drunken master type fighting style. Go with Martial Arts+Street Fighting+Wrestling. It's pretty entertaining tbh imo. I wish I could play it again. Maybe one day I will and upload it

WR+SF+MA= tough KO artist. 2 styles with quick KO and MA for speed. Plus that toughness and striking power is crazy with the speed.

SF + KB + MA is by far my favorite combo. This was actually the first combo I ever tested out and I missed it for the longest time. I also tried out MA + WR + SM but for some reason it just didn't feel as satisfying. Now that I reverted to my original combination I haven't looked back since 😅

KB+MA+SF is my favorite clinch KO Environment KO Haymaker KO Definitely for a quick fighter. Easy counters on strikes and grapples

SF/KB/WB and honestly the only combination i ever used. You can start with a kick boxing clinch, and slam them after, throw a haymaker to finish them off.

My favorite combination is Kickboxing, Street-Fighting, Wrestling. Strong clinch game, hard hitting knees and strong grapples. And to top it off you got a big haymaker to knock your opponent out with.

LOL I love it. I created a couple characters for this game a loooong time ago and (for some reason) was thinking about what style he had. I created the best one and the guy the had a badass almost a Baji Quan-esque style.

In my opinion in the starter combination you should use Martial artist + king boxer + submissioner Is actually really good for counter attacks and defence and grapple attacks and offence because with the king boxer and martial artist you can give really hard hits and damaging opponents limbs like head,arms and this will help you a lot with the submissions and the offence because if the opponent will parry with low arms health even a weak punch will break his parry... You should try this combination because is good and really fun to play with... But my actual first combination when i started the is Street fighter + king boxer + submissioner.

Memories, all I ever used was street fighting & kick boxing. That was the way too go back then.

I picked SF > MA > WR for my first character. The strong punch was a faster and more precise version of SF strong punch.

WR, SF + KB is a great style, toughness all the way, strong punches and kicks, not to mention the KB clinch, the SF homing haymaker, and, of course, WR hard grapples, which you can use them, after punishing your opponent with the KB kick clinches

People should try KB+SF+WR which is Muay Thai. One of, if not, the MOST overpowered combination I've ever used.

Mine : MA - SF - WR : DRUNKEN WR - SF - KB : TIGER MA - SM - KB : KUNG FU

I rock KB, WR, and MA. That usually yields a pretty good result for me. Decent speed, HIGH damage, plus several different knockout paths.

I liked wrestling kickboxing and martial art or street fighting because you can finish people with nice looking wrestling moves after giving the knees

My favorite Muay Thai Wrestler hybrid was KB+WR+SF

I almost always use wrestling as my base because I like slamming people into oblivion

In def jam ffny the takeover you can't force grapple your opponent when their down you need to wait for them to kneel or get up and time you grapple so the opponent can't escape lol i use crows combination by the way but i need a new method

My favourite is KB+KB+SM Just straight up perform low kick and submit to destroy leg lol

The best Style is SF+SF+SF very Broken Punches but normal kick my record K.O is 8seconds using this style.

KB + MA + SM = Taekwondo (but only 🔳🔳🔳)

SF+KB+SM= MMA fighter. Stand ups, kicking, and ground and pound. I played the game at some point in hard mode and got enough points to max out all stats! Also, KB+SM is a good combo. Do a clinch, then switch to a arm or some other body part hold.

"The Best" combination also has certain moves that, on a true fighting game level, r completely Safe

My first and best is sf+ma+wr, i love to parry almost everything, and have a big punch to ko the enemy😂

I like the Muay Thai kick boxing style KB + SF + WR It’s a secret fighting style in the game Very strong , good speed and has ENORMOUS TOUGHNESS Can clinch KO Can haymaker KO And can Heavy grapple KO Can clinch into a heavy grapple KO as well

To me, MA + SF + KB is one of the best (used it for my 1st fighter).

MA+MA+SF=karate ( short range, fast punches, with multiple knock out options such as combo string , running strike, wall run strike,)

My first fighter use jeet kune do (MA+KB+SF) Second fighter SF+MA+KB- Third fighter MA+KB+SM

I did kickboxing, martial arts, then wrestling on hard difficulty. 50% story completion and I had to make a new character smh 😂

My personal favorite stlye is: KB + WR + SF It's just devastating, though is close range, except for the haymaker punch. I really recommend it. You hit really hard and the clench attack plus a werstling move is an easy KO, also your punches are the fastest

My fav combinations: SF+KB+SM -well rounded, easy to use, but strong AF SB+WR+KB - absolutely a killer if you like grappling. If you can handle this combination, you can KO your opponent very fast. Sometimes I like it more than my number 1. SB+WR+SF - an alternative grappler, but i think it's easier to use because of the haymaker which can take you out from a bad situation if you use it properly MA+KB+SM (or MA+SM+KB, those two is little bit different, but both are amazing) - I call this the real MMA pack. Fast as fuck, though as fuck, and in my opinion has the best combos, grapples and submissions. Strong and very-very lovely to see and use this fighting combo. My number 1.

Kickboxing for clinches, wrestling for slams, and submissions for wind and blood chokes. Oh, and don't forget the arm bars.

3:36 wrong. You have 2 wrestling moves that actually do lead to a ko. Submissions (just like wrestling) as the ability to manually turn your opponent around.

I'm use SB+WR+SF for fun, But for the win, I use SB or WR+KB+SF

I use the same three fighting styles but in a different order. MA+KB+SF. Another combo that shocked me was KB+SF+WR. I beat the entire story mode and bonus fights without losing a single match on hard difficulty with that combo. All in a single school night lol Just hard grapple for the win!
