You're the first person to say something! I had no idea-six players seemed a little high but I didn't question it because it's what the box said! 😣 Thank you for the correction! I'll pin this comment so other people see it! 📌
I'm always looking for larger group games. Thanks for this list. I would also recommend Long Shot the Dice Game which plays up to 7 players. It is a fun horse racing game. You don't have a piece, but are helping move all the horses around and increase your money.
Thank you for the comment and for the recommendation! I haven't played Long Shot but it seems like a lot of fun! (I did play another horse racing game called Ready Set Bet with Tom Vasel in Vegas last year-that plays up to 9 players!) 🐎
I recommend So Clover and No Thanks. Both have consistently gone over well and provided great laughs every time my family, friends, or game group plays them! Thanks for a great video!
My recommendation for up to 8 players, Citadels! I saw it mentioned a few times on here, but it's definitely my go-to game when group size surpasses 5+. The expansion adds some fun character variety. Thanks for the video!
Citadels is a neat idea but there’s so much downtime even in a 3 player game as the active drafter stares at the hand of cards and tries to work out the best choice for themselves as well as what all the other players may have taken or may want to take. Selecting that one character is an enjoyable decision, but waiting for 5-7 others to do so while you do nothing sounds dreadfully boring.
My recommendation is Anomia! It’s an easy to learn fast paced card game that only takes 5 minutes to play, although I usually end up playing many many rounds in a row. While labeled as 3-6 players, I’ve played with many more and there’s not really a limit to how many people can play beyond the amount of space at the table
Thanks for the recommendation, Stephen! (And for teaching us Anomia!) ☺️ That was a really great game for bigger groups-I'm surprised the box says 3-6! Looking forward to playing again with you sometime!
Take 5 and Sagrada are my favorites, but I have a few that you mentioned, Draftosaurus, Bang The Dice Game, Shadow Hunters, Five Crowns are fun too. Thank you!
Recommendations: -Heat (6 players, 7 with expansion): The game gets more dynamic the more cars are present in the track thanks to the slipstream mechanic, as well as the fact that every player choose how much they'll push their engines simultaneously. Sheriff of Nottingham (5 players, 6 playe with merry men expansion and included in second edition): Lying is the name of the game, each turn a new sheriff must judge the honesty of the other players, and players are encouraged to bribe the sheriff to muddy their judgement. Fun game even when playing with strangers.
Thank you so much for the additional recommendations! I've played Heat on BGG and it is more fun with more players for sure! That's one I'd like to try in person sometime! 🏎️ And Sheriff of Nottingham is a game I've been SO eager to play since I got into the hobby years ago and somehow have never had the opportunity! It seems like such a fun, social game and I know I'd really love it! 🍏 Thanks again!
Such a great video and great giveaway! My recommendation for a higher player count that is easy to teach and hilarious is Monikers! Though I did also think of Long Shot the Dice Game! Plays up to 8!
Hey there, Allison! Thanks for the comment! ☺️ I've never played Bristol 1350 but I did recently play Deadwood 1876 by the same publisher and that was pretty fun! (I like the little carts in Bristol! That's cute!)
My recommendations: Camel Up - a fun race game with camels. ( I have the version with the 3d pop up palm trees 🙂). Herd Mentality - a fun party game were it pays not to stand out. Also... You mentioned Downforce. Have you played the game using Disney Pixar mini racers? Fun!
Camel Up is a great recommendation! 🐪 (3D popup palm trees? I didn't know that was a thing!) Herd Mentality sounds like fun-I don't know anything about that one! ☺ And no, I haven't! That does sound like an improvement, though! 🏎
I mostly play just with my hubby two player...but I've been trying some party games at work. Had tons of fun with Telestrations recently! So that's my recommendation! 😊
Good video Dave! Glad to see Just One in your list, that is fun game with non-gamers. My recommendation would be Project L. I think it plays up to 6 with the expansion. Also Camel Up is a fun, party style racing game that will get everyone laughing. Camel Up plays up to 8.
I just added Tiny Towns, Scout, 7Wonders, Incan Gold, and Great Split to my BGG list and pledged for Point City+Deep Dive Kickstarter and excited to be able to play these with my family and group!
That's so awesome! Glad I was able to recommend some big group games that looked fun to you! ☺ I'm really interested in Point City, too! Looks like they added some new concepts which I'm intrigued by! 🤔 Thank you for the comment, Maddie!
My friend and I were just talking about Libertalia the other night! Looks super cute and the gameplay seems really interesting too! Thank you for the recommendation, Vicky! ☺️
My recommendation for higher player counts is definitely Just One. I’ve played with up to 14 by people using their phones as whiteboards and it worked surprisingly well!
That's a great idea! I was just thinking about how I could incorporate that into my classroom with kids just using their iPads! There's definitely no limit to how many people could play that game... within reason, that is! (Maybe my students could try to give clues to have the guesser guess the right instrument? Or composer?) 🎶
"Ask me about my metal coins" 🤣 Great video Dave, lots of great games here. Not for the giveaway or anything, but I'd suggest Cosmic Encounter which plays up to 5 but can be up to 8 players with expansions. It's a combat game set in space where everyone has one of maybe 50 different secret alien powers that essentially help you break the rules of the game. Lots of fun!
Hannah made me that shirt for my birthday! So awesome, right? 🤣 I've made plans to play Cosmic Encounter but somehow it's never happened! (It always seemed so intimidating but I see it's only weighted at 2.58/5 on BGG? That's not bad at all!) ☺️ Thanks for the comment and for the recommendation, Emma!
My Recommendation for 5 - El Grande (but lots of games play well at 5) My Recommendation for 6 - Libertalia Winds of Galecrest My Recommendation for 8 - Captain Sonar (Have not yet played but am waiting for it to arrive) My Recommendation for higher counts are social deduction games - Secret Hitler, Night of the Ninja, Mascarade.
There are so many games that play well at five, you're right! 😅 And those are great recommendations! Somehow I haven't played any of them but I'd be happy to play any of the ones you mentioned! ☺
Great video! I also have had fun introducing groups to Just One, 7 Wonders Architects and Downforce. Camel Up, Bang: the Dice Game and Planet Unknown are also fun with a bit more complexity. Rolling Realms is nice for growing variety and those who like roll and writes. I'd really like to try Incan Gold👍
Thank you so much, Billy! I think Bang: The Dice Game only didn't make the list because Hannah really doesn't like that one! I don't think she likes games that are really mean like that! 😅 I haven't played Rolling Realms yet but I'd really like to! Same with Planet Unknown! 🪐 Incan Gold is great! We could play on BGA sometime if you'd like!
@@BoardGameDave that would be fun to play Incan Gold on BGA. I've been learning how to use BGA quite a bit the last month or so. I'll try to send you a friend request👍
I recommend One Night Werewolf. It’s easy to learn and good for an adjustable group size and the characters you play with can be customized to what you prefer to play with. The game is accompanied by an app that walks you through every step. It’s fast paced too so easy to get through lots of rounds quickly.
I always get confused between One Night Werewolf and Werewords... I don't think I've ever played the former! 🐺 Really great synopsis of the game though, Sarah! Maybe you should be doing board game reviews! ☺️
This was a great video. Too late for now, but I am going to a gathering tonight with quote a few people. They always ask me what my recommendation is for larger groups and now I have something to refer back to!!
for 8+ our go to game is now Blood on the Clocktower, I was initially worried it might be too complex for new gamers, but so far everyone we've shown it to has loved it.
I know people are SUPER into Blood on the Clocktower but I've never had the chance to play it! It doesn't strike me as my kind of game but you never know until you try, right? 🕰 Thanks for the recommendation! ☺
Variable player count games are impressive to me. One game I've played through with multiple player counts is Charterstone, it's great at all counts included the maximum 6!. Great video nice seeing games of really big player counts.
"Bonanza", a game of harvesting beans, plays up to 7 (though you do need the expansion for that - it's up to 5 for the basic set). "Perudo" about rolling dice and bidding is conceptually easy, quick and usually plays up to 6 (though you could add more if you have spare dice). If you prefer team games there's "Decrypto" (a word game similar to "Codenames"), which (usually!) takes less than half an hour.
Thank you for your recommendations! I've played both Bohnanza and Decrypto but I've never played Perudo! It sounds like a lot of fun, though, and it's in my want-to-play list on BGG! ☺️ I appreciate the comment!
Dude your vids are excellent and really helpful! Thanks for doing what you do. Would also recommend Hues and Cues - I think it plays up to 10 and is a great one when you have a mix of gamers and non-gamers!
Thank you so much, Jake! I really appreciate that! (And I just subscribed to your channel-love the shorts!) ☺️ And yeah, Hues & Cues is awesome... even though I'm terrible about it! 🙈
Our go-to 8-player game is Secret Identity. As the name suggests, everyone had a secret identitiy with random picture cards. You use the picture cards to best characterise your identity and place it on their board. Each round everyone passes their board around and everyone takes a guess of each others.
@@BoardGameDave you're welcome, all my friends and family have had an absolute blast playing this, it can be interesting and hilarious at times and no one takes it too competitively either. Any chance I get I'm showing it off to others.
My recommendation would be Telestrations! I’m so glad they have a 6-12 player version as well. I think the most we’ve had is 8 players and it was great! We have so many great memories and lots of laughter with this one.
Telestrations is, I think, the most hilarious party game around. I've just moved and I've still got everything packed away in boxes in storage and so won't be able to bring it to our game night this weekend, which has me bummed to the max. It's that much fun.
I introduced King of Tokyo to my family and we played at 6 players. It was fun to start with an easier game and have my sons continue to ask to play it!
I just played that for the first time last weekend with seven of us! I'm not usually one for social deduction games but I had a ton of fun with that one! Great recommendation! ☺️
The Reckoners plays up to 6. Even new gamers love this cooperative game as it generates a lot of group talk to coordinate actions. Each player has asymmetrical abilities. There is tension in keeping enemy escalation down, resulting in a sense of accomplishment when good group strategy is deployed.
@@joycepiper391 Sounds perfect! (It's the teach part that I always worry the most about! A lot of people just can't/don't want to sit through a teach that's over five minutes long!) 🤣
Camel Up is an exciting game that plays up to 8 people! We pull out this game to start every board game night because it is light and fun for everyone! it's fun for people who have a hard time being competitive too because you are all just having a good time betting on camels!
I've talked about Camel Up on my channel before but it didn't quite make this list! I love how chaotic and random that game is, though! Great suggestion! ☺️
Love your videos!!! My recommendations are: Herd Mentality (4-20 players, so much fun!!!) Monsdrawsity (3-8 players) Mantis (2-6 players) Blank Slate (3-8 players but you can definitely play with more) Don't Mess with Cthulhu (4-8 players) Sounds Fishy (4-10 players) Colorful (2-6 players but also fun playing in teams) Lots of amazing suggestions on here. Wish there was more time in the day to play them all!
Hey there, Zoe! Thank you for such a long list of big group game suggestions! (And for including the player counts!) ☺️ I've never played any of those games-isn't that insane? 😳 (To be fair, my primary gaming group is almost always just 3-4 players!) Those all seem like a lot of fun, though! I'll have to check them out! Thanks again! ☺️
It’s more of a party game, but me and my friends played “No Thanks” the other night. And had a blast!!! It played up to 6 or 7 I believe! Also, Sagrada with the expansion that adds more players is great as well!!
Nothing wrong with a party game! 🥳 "No Thanks" seems like fun but I've never played it! (It is on BGA, though! Maybe we could play together on there sometime!) ☺️ And Sagrada with the expansion is great for 5-6 players! So good! ⛪️
My recommendation is SUPER MEGA LUCKY BOX! It's gamer's bingo and it's so easy to teach. The box says 1-6 but the rulebook itself says you can use two copies of the game for a 12 player game. Like most roll and writes it scales up beautifully because of simultaneous play. It's been my latest obsession. Thank you for this amazing list, definitely saving this video for future reference, I hope to win the giveaway!
Referring to some of the people asking for light games in the beginning of your video, my recommendation would be my most played game ever...Sequence. If anyone doesn't know Sequence it's for 2-12 players, is VERY light, can be played with kids to grandparents, and is especially good for non-gamers. I also love playing with experienced players where we use the "loss of card" rule whereas if you forget to take a card by the time the next player finishes their turn you lose a card and have a disadvantage for the rest of the game. Of course we skip this rule for kids and new players. They even have a "giant" version for people with bad eyesight. BTW great list Dave.
My recommendation for larger group play is with and wagers. We also recommend playing two bags of Quirkle for up to 8 players you have to plan ahead better and play more defensively.
Excellent list, Dave! Here are some of my recommendations for higher player counts in no particular order. Note that this list varies between shorter games and longer games: 1) Blood Rage (can be played with up to 5 players when including the 5th player expansion) 2) Kemet (can be played with up to 5 players) 3) Coup (can be played with up to 6 players. With the Reformation expansion, the player count can go up to 10 players) 4) Dead of Winter/ Dead of Winter: The Long Night (can be played with up to 5 players) 5) Stone Age (can be played with up to 5 players when including the expansion) 6) Arkham Horror: The Board Game (can be played with up to 8 players, recommended player count should be no more than 6 players) 7) Eldritch Horror (can be played with up to 8 players, recommended player count should be no more than 6 players) 8) Game of Thrones: The Board Game (can be played with up to 6 players and up to 8 players using the Mother of Dragons expansion) 9) Libertalia (can be played with up to 6 players. I still enjoy the OG Libertalia from 2012 the best!) 10) Get Bit! (can be played with up to 6 players) 11) Chaos in the Old World (can be played with up to 5 players when using The Horned Rat expansion) 12) Shadow Hunters (can be played with up to 8 players (or 9 players in a variant)) 13 Tiny Epic Galaxies (can be played with up to 5 players) 14) Alhambra (can be played with up to 6 players) 15) Last Night on Earth (can be played with up to 6 players, recommended at 5 players) 16) Zombie Dice (can be played with an infinite number of players) 17) Lovecraft Letter (can be played with up to 6 players) 18) Abyss (can be played with up to 5 players using the Leviathan expansion) 19) Elder Sign (can be played with up to 8 players) 20) Fury of Dracula (can be played with up to 5 players) I know I'm missing a few games, but this list will have to do for now! Haha.
Wow, Sash! Thank you so much for such a comprehensive list and for including the max player counts for each game! (I'll pin this comment so that other people can check out your list as well!) ☺️ Of your list I've only played five games (Blood Rage, Coup, Dead of Winter, Stone Age, and Abyss) which is kind of crazy considering I've played 400+ games! The ones I'd most want to play would probably be Libertalia, Alhambra, and Kemet!
@@BoardGameDave Happy to help, Dave! And yeah, there are tons of games out there that it is impossible to have played every game! Also, 400+ games played is a lot! I've only played 100+ games after nearly 15 years in this hobby. Haha. And there are hundreds more being produced every year! So many games, so little time! 😅
@@SKGuna_writer There are SO many games out there! And so many new and fantastic games every year! 😱 400+ plays is a lot but that's mostly because my primary gaming group really likes learning and playing new games, not necessarily replaying the same games over and over! 😅 I think really diving deep into ~100 games sounds great!
@@BoardGameDave You are absolutely right! I do play the same games multiple times so I can confidently say that I've explored every aspect of its design. And up until about five years ago, I played games at a snail's pace because I only had a single group of board gaming friends, and scheduling was a lot tougher as a result. However, ever since diversifying my gaming groups, I get more sessions in, and learn new games along the way that I've always been wanting to play. For instance, I recently played Trickerion - and it was fantastic! I love the theme; it reminds me so much of that underrated Chris Nolan film, The Prestige. I can't wait to dive back into that game and explore everything it offers. 😁
Shadow hunters! It’s a hard to find game I believe but does the social deduction in a more board game way. And yes I purposely left out the key word. I can always play your copies 😊
I've never heard of Shadow Hunters! You know I'm not a social deduction fan but if you're recommending it to me I'll trust that I'd like it! ☺ And yes, you're always welcome to borrow my games, Gary! Let's do a big group game swap sometime! (I'd love to give The Great Split some more plays!)
Forgotten Waters is my recommendation for up to 7 players. Its very much a story driven RPG which is enhanced with an app that has amazing voice acting to immerse you into the world.
Ready set bet, camel up, citadels, codenames, long shot the dice game, cartographers, welcome to, And the best of the best Decrypto. 7 wonders is also my most played games ever.
@@BoardGameDave I'm suspicious that you haven't played decrypto again since it was last mentioned either on here or quackalope. Have you? 🧐 You can play 7w anytime you're visiting the GTA
@@zmollon I've only ever played Decrypto once and that was years ago! (Back in 2019, I'm sure!) Sorry! Playing 7 Wonders with you sounds like a lot of fun, though! I'm sure I would get obliterated! 🤣
My recommendation for up to 9 players would be Tortuga 1667. The social deduction aspect of it usually resolves itself quickly (unless there’s an odd number of players and an extra sneaky Dutch player) and then you’re left with a light team strategy game. It is important to understand all the cards in the game when playing, so I’ve found players usually like it much more their second time around.
I would like to suggest It's a Wonderful World. This game plays up to 5 players and is a pretty quick game. Just a fun drafting and resource management game that is easy to teach. We usually get to play a couple of games of this each time too because it is so quick!
I keep hearing great things about It’s a Wonderful World! Especially as someone who really enjoys Splendor! ☺️ I’ll have to give that one a try sometime!
My recommendations (both up to 8) - Saboteur and Killer Bunnies: Quest for the Magic Carrot. A friend introduced me and my husband to the first, and we immediately loved the play style. Faction of good/evil trying to reach/sabotage a common goal, with lots of accusation. The second is another friend favorite: there are so many expansions and fun cards that the game is always different and you never know *exactly* if you’re winning or not: everyone with a carrot has a chance! It’s such a chaotic and silly game, both for kids and adults.
I've played Saboteur a few times and you're right-that is a good one! 💎 I've also played Killer Bunnies though and... I really didn't like it! 🙈 Maybe we were playing it wrong but it seemed really broken and random! But maybe it's just supposed to be chaotic and silly like that like you said! 🥕
My recommendation is Night of the Ninja! It’s a great social deduction game that fixes many of the issues of many other games in this genre. Definitely worth checking out.
For games that play more than 6+ have enjoyed Trophies and Sixes. For a game up to 5, highly recommend Broom Service! Great game! Lot's of interaction.
I haven't played any of those three games! (I'm not sure I've ever heard of Trophies or Sixes!) 🤔 I was actually just checking out Broom Service, though! I love the outguessing component and I'm a huge Pfister fan! Thank you for the recommendations! ☺
I've never played Isle of Cats or "Explore and Draw" but I've heard good things about both! (And I am a big cat lover!) Hopefully I'll get a chance to play both of them sometime! ☺️
My recommendation is village pillage. The base game only plays up to 5, but you can add the expansion or just a second base game and play with more. It typically goes pretty fast with the groups I play with.
My recommendation for 6 or more players is welcome to (your perfect home). This game is a great intro flip and write that is fun for casual and more competitive gamers and can play up to as many people as you have sheets for it!!! Especially fun for introducing new players to the roll (flip) and write genre!
Hi I recommend exploding kittens. This is my number one recommendation because it is easy to learn and everyone I have played with younger or older has really enjoyed being a part of a round of two. The art work is great and the house rules can really put players through a wild ride. This recommendation is for 2-10.
Recommendation I have for up to 6 players is Stella: Dixit Universe. I actually prefer this over the original Dixit game as you no longer require anyone to come up with a clue. Makes the game flow a lot nicer!
If you like Just One, which you mentioned, and I have and we enjoy. Hive Mind plays opposite. You need to write words, or answers were everyone is thinking together to score points, so you stay in the Hive. If not, you fall out of the hive and lose. Another great one that play 5-8 players, is Goodcritters. (one word).
My recommendation is Libertalia: Winds of Galecrest! It plays up to 6 players but also, as low as solo! The hand management mechanism is so unique and the card artwork is delightful. Bonus part: you can upgrade to metal coins!
If you’re looking for a light amount of fun animosity, I would recommended Cash N’ Guns (2nd edition) for 7-8, Coup for 4-6, and Bang the Dice Game for 6-8. Something more lighthearted I would recommend Dixit for 4-6 as its a very enjoyable mind meldy sort of game with tons of expansions with great art and different compatible games like Mysterium, Obscurio, and Stella
I've played almost every game you mentioned in your comment and they are great games for bigger groups! ☺️ (I own Bang: The Dice Game but it didn't make the list primarily because Hannah isn't a huge fan!)
Not sure if I’m too late for the giveaways. But my recommendation is The Resistance. Plays 5-10 players. Very easy to teach, social deduction game split into teams of 2.
My recommendation is Trophy Buck (Zombie Dice). It’s essentially the same game as zombie dice but is a theme my family relates to better. It is fun passing the dice to other players. Press your luck is fun in a large group. Others we like are Pairs and Derby Day. All fun games for large amount of players!
My recommendation for higher player counts would be BINGO! 😂 JK It would actually be Codenames. Great video by the way. It gave me some game ideas I haven’t played before
I understand that 1-4 is the most common player count for boardgames. Gone are the days when games tend to be 3-5 with 2p as a variant. 😂😂 I come from the Puerto Rico/Caylus generation of gamers. Still, for high player count, my immediate thoughts are 7 Wonders which was covered. A classic I still enjoy is Citadels that goes to 8 players. Another worthy mention is Antike which is the grandfather of rondel for Mac Gertz to play up to 6 players. I made a point for the recommendations to be non-party games. 😊🎉
That’s funny! I suppose 1-4 (and even 2-4) is a more recent trend! I didn’t think about that! Thank you for the non-party recommendations! I definitely want to give Antika a try sometime!
I was hoping to see Bang! listed in here. I met a great group of people to play games with, in part, playing a huge game of Bang! where two game sets were put together. Plenty of other games I'm interested in trying out here though.
I used to play Bang a lot back in the day when I first got into gaming! ☺️ I still like that game but my friends who really liked it moved to Florida! It’s a great recommendation for big groups, though! Thanks!
My recommendation for large groups would be Muffin Time. It is designed for 2 to 8 players. It's really great because it does not require strategy. It is very high energy and sparadic. It is great because the end goal can change throughout the game and there are mini games designed inside the game. It is a great party game I would recommend to anyone.
Codenames, Camel Up, Just One and Hive mind would be my recommendations for higher player counts. I have always found non gamers loving codenames. So simple yet fun for large group
Codenames is such a perfect game for new gamers! And the other ones you listed are solid recommendations, too! (Although I have yet to play Hive Mind!) 🧠
Between your list and all the comments, most of the best higher player count games are mentioned. One that I haven’t seen mentioned, yet, and plays up to eight and I can make a recommendation for is: “Awkward Guests”. I think six players would be the highest player count I would go, however. ( With the assistance of an app, it has a fun solo mode, also.)
I have not played the party version, however, I really enjoy exploding kittens! My recommendation would be exploding kittens party pack, this one can be played (2-10) players!
Every recommendation I thought of you pretty much covered! The only other ones I thought of were Parks at 5 players. Captain Sonar at 8 players. Most roll and writes are good but Isle of Cat Explore and Draw is my current favorite. Also Deception and The Resistance are my favorite social deduction games.
Don't enter me for the giveaway! But our recommendation for large groups is Blood on the Clocktower. We host at our 🏡 pretty much every Saturday. Tomorrow we are expecting 13 players!
No way! I didn't realize you play BOTC that much! That's great! ☺️ I've never had a chance to play it, but playing a game with you and 13 other people sounds like a ton of fun! Enjoy! 😄
Oh, wow! A game about peacocks! 🦚 I don't think I've ever heard of this one! It's in my want-to-play list now! Thank you for the recommendation, Jaimie! ☺
Thank you for the recommendation! ☺️ I've only played It's a Wonderful World on BGA but I really enjoyed it! (Have you played It's a Wonderful Kingdom? My friend Connor taught me that game recently and it was so amazing! Not for a big group, of course, but a really solid two-player game!)
No Blood on the Clocktower on this list, although I did just get the chance to play it at Origins a few weeks ago! (Can't say that I was a huge fan of the game to be honest, but I also don't know if I really have a different recommendation for an up to 20 player game!) 🤔
I'm not usually one for social deduction games but I just played that one for the first time recently and had a ton of fun with it! Great recommendation! ☺️ (Have yet to play Bohnanza somehow!)
Fun list, but it's almost criminal that you didn't include Citadels as an up-to-8 player game. It is quite great. Much more so than, say, 7 Wonders, which I find pretty dull with any more than three players because your interaction with anybody not seated next to you is just about nil. When you win or lose at Citadels it feels like you've interacted/affected/been affected by everyone at the table; not so much with 7 Wonders.
Hey there, Rex! I’ve never played Citadels, actually! I’m almost sure I sat through a teach at a game night once and then at the last minute I ended up playing something else, maybe? 🤔 (This was a long time ago!) It seems interesting but it also includes bluffing and deduction, which aren’t my favorite attributes in a board game! Not to say I wouldn’t try it, though! (That’s a fair point about 7 Wonders, although one could argue it is at least somewhat strategic to pay attention to everyone else at the table, not just your neighbors!) ☺️ Thanks for the recommendation!
My recommendation would be Chinatown, Citadels and Cubirds. For an UNLIMITED number of player recommendation definitely So Clover and Monikers/Time’s Up. Bonus on all those games except Monikers and Chinatown is you can play them on BGA. Also Grandpa Beck games Cover Your Assets, Antiquity and The Bears and Bees. Another co-op recommendation is Wavelengths.
