I LOVE Black Jack by BM! It’s all over my house! Doors, fireplace, accent wall. It leans warmer but still no color shift and looks black. Very inviting!

I love the idea of black interior doors as a change! Any of these would be great Bring up Behr’s Broadway anytime and please say it in the same way you said it the first time. 😂 The way it takes you slightly off topic is totally worth it! I rewound the video twice just to hear it again! 😁

I'm very interested in Valspar because most small towns like mine only have more simple hardware stores that do not carry SW or BM paint brands. Our rural hardware store carries Valspar.

I really wanna see a video on Tricorn black vs New Black to see which is actually the blackest. Technically New Black should be but hardly anybody seems to be using it compared to tricorn.

I'm also interested in coloring my interior doors. They are presently wooden which goes with my wood window casings, baseboards, flooring, and even ceiling on the main floor. I can't find replacements for those wooden doors so is there a colour that would work with the honey oak/ cedar and new blond oak floors? My walls are in that greeneige and beige family. I can't face painting everything white.

Is there a Valspar paint that's truly black and available in a flat sheen? I need a black paint that will swallow light from my OLED especially when it's in HDR. As the white wall behind it kinda breaks the immersion when I'm watching something from the MCU, (Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness was awesome BTW), or if I'm playing a horror game on my Series X or PC.

*Question* ⬇ Thank you for "Door Paint Insight"! What type of paint finish for exterior black doors, and matte/flat, satin or semi-gloss? (The doors are shaded and they are French Doors.) This guy is Great, so likeable and a real Channel Keeper!) I use Valspar. Think about doing a *"Feng Shui, Front Door, Colors by Direction".* (use this title) That will get you New Viewers!!! Trust me ... Lots of viewers over time! 🎨

♥️ Hi.! So…. I am really digging this video on black paints but I’m confused now. I have a VERY small powder room/main floor guest bath that I want to transform into a fun/mysterious/moody black room. I wanted to use a black botanical wallpaper I’d seen a decorator use but I’m on a budget so paint it is! What color soils I go with please??? Wood floor, white pedestal sink, white toilet, no windows but tall ceiling!!! I’d like to use black & gold (fixtures) mainly. Thank you 🙏 😊 & do I go all black or just one wall??? What about Beauti-Tone from Home Hardware? It was originally made by Sherwin Williams before SW began marketing their own paints in competition with Beauti-Tone, apparently [according to history of Beauti-Tone on website].

I wasn't happy with Valspar, despite paying extra for their trade version. After sometime its no longer washable and starts to chip when you try to clean it..if you can just pay a little extra and get BM

I feel like new black by valspar has a very strong blue tone compared to most blacks and its noticeable when next to other blacks

Pls help me!!! My son wants black walls or dark grey but we already have dark brown hardwood floor called wenge if that is even a colour and am not sure if it his room would not turn into the big black whole 😡😡 forgot to mention he wants black doors as well although I also want black doors so you see why I need your expertise 🙏🙏🙏

If you’re concerned about things looking too dark, check out Iron Mountain. It’s a dusty charcoal with a touch of warmth which may tone in with the brown. Wrought iron is similar but a touch more grey. Try out both and see what you prefer!

Omg i had the worst time picking an island color. After 30 swatches, i picked sweet salt air by sw. Have little natural light and my colors looked off. Light aqua looked yellow, awful
