you forgot to mention when its best to use gold foods: death matches

just in case its not clear to new players its fine to summon on the gear banner anytime. In fact its better to do it early and just have the SSR gear on your heroes. five star it slowly and over time and so you dont feel rushed and are salvaging up till the last minute before 10 o clock maintenance.
