@@YeaJord A mansion really?? a typical house in LA will cost an average of $800K, not that anyone in their right mind would move to LA.in the midwest $250 would be a typical price, yes in a small 1000 person farming community you can get a nice two-story house for $50k but you are in the middle of nowhere, and once you bought it you have it, you may spend many years trying to sell it if it ever sells.
@@mark_xvii he’s not wrong though if u bought a mansion at that prices it would literally be in the middle of no where and you would likely have to spend three times that to re build it most of those mansions are abandoned and dilapidated hence the fixing up
