Only thing I can find in the rules is that players should not use headphones (2.6) - but I think this is also a precaution to ensure that players aren’t on a call with someone observing from elsewhere and giving them tips I’d personally bring some and then speak with the TO and highlight why you want to use them, as long as you can hear your opponent id see no issues!
