Yes!!! Love a combo, girl you put me onto them. My main ones: Zara Red Tempation & Sol De Janeiro Cheirosa 40 (this one has gotten me the most compliments😍) Zara Violet Blossom & Al Rehab Choco Musk Zara Go Fruity & Bath and Body works Strawberry Poundcake. I've been getting into my mixology skills lately 😎 and they've paid off bigtime. I'm the best smelling person at my job
@ShawnieakaLadyC & @CocoPebz Oooh, I'm going to try the Violet Blossom and Choco Musk tomorrow! That sounds like a self-cannibalism threat waiting to happen! Coco's L'interdit Rouge + JPG La Belle Le Parfum is bound to be tested soon after! On the leftover arm... I've posted quite a few of my own. Maybe there's something to your liking 👍. I really don't get why some people are so anti-layering. You claim to love perfume, but go berserk if we want to use TWO?? The more, the merrier is a saying for a reason, peeps...
@@misssunnydee Oo yes and get the choco musk oil as well, it will help the perfume project better. You will smell delicious, enjoy 😉 Exactly overspraying and layering is a must! How else are you gonna get the best out of your scents?
I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to my perfumes; keeping a whole excel spread with brands, names, ml's and even their notes. Aaand, I started a layering list some time ago. I'm on over 50 combos already, but can't wait to see what you have for me, Peble Queen!
@@peacheskong2245 pfff, that really depends on my mood. I use honey, amber and cherry the most as layers. Lattafa Raghba with JPG Scandal, MFK Grand Soir (okay, its dupe 😉) with Police Shock-in-Scent, La Rive's River of Love (an Angel/Mugler dupe, but less heavy) with Police Shock-in-Scent, Paris Corner PriveZarah Amber Night with BBW Dark Kiss and CK Euphoria, just like Coco I love Lost Cherry added to Givenchy L'interdit Rouge, but Lost Cherry is also nice with - again - Raghba, JPG La Belle Le Parfum, with Yes I am by Cacharel, Salvador Dali PurpleLips Sensuel, or one of the Apple Lolita Lempicka's. Ysl Libre with BBW Into the Night, Rasasi - Daarej women with Guess Seductive Noir, Lattafa Velvet Rose with Armaf Club de Nuit Intense (Warning: only use when your skin mutes fragrances. If you have normal skin and can make do with only a few sprays of your edp this'll choke you out!), Ard Al Zaafaran - Jazzab Gold with Ajmal - Senora, Ard Al Zaafaran Romancea with Jazzab Gold, Afnan ModestDeux Pour Femme with Lost Cherry OR Lattafa Pride Nebras. Nebras with Al Rehab Choco Musk, Modest Deux Pour Femme with Choco Musk, Raghba with Choco Musk... and these are just off the top of my head. I'm sure this will help you come up with many of your own 😉. A good layering tip is to have a few strong base fragrances and a few toppers. In my case I use more linear options to boost certain notes. To sweeten or strengthen. So, a very woody fragrance and an amber one are great, just like a perfect vanilla (I'm still looking for one that doesn't have Ceder wood, oud, strong patchouli or oakmoss, nor cumin, coriander, leather, suede, or lots of yellow citrus. Those notes do not work on me, so sadly Spiritueuse Double Vanilla had to be sold and now I'm still vanilla-less. Thinking of making my own. Just vanilla oil), for the base on which to spray the other edp. For toppers sweets, flowers or spices, depending on taste of course. As said and shown, my favourites are honey/beeswax fragrances, cherry or plum perfumes & mists, chocolate and those with roses (or peony if you want fresher). Spice wise I prefer cinnamon and (pink) pepper. But of course it's up to you if you'd rather have Coconut, Jasmine, Almond and Lemon accents for example. A tropical fruit fragrance can also be great to pair up with a creamy woody one; see the Ard Al Zaafaran combo with Jazzab Gold and Romancea (Romancea is the fruity juice). I also recommend to make use of the great dupes of the Middle Eastern houses in this case. Tom Ford is too expensive to spray over everything, but Paris Corner Pendora Boozy Cherry, or Fragrance World Lush Cherry (and I believe Alhambra has a 3rd dupe that's good) are not. And they're even better SPL wise imho. That's why I also use Shock-in-Scent by Police instead of Scandal, especially because the Police is even heavier on the honey. You could also use La Rive Eternal Kiss but let that one macerate for several weeks first. BBW and Victoria Secret bodymists aren't exactly top quality, but they can alter the fragrance júst enough and help a little with projection or longevity because you're layering. Last tip: Attar! Perfume oils. I have a few, of which Al Haramain Million is my favourite. Parfum Parlour's External perfume oil is perfect to add a lovely jasmine base (it's a softer, patchouli based Alien dupe. As an oil it is even softer and more sensual). Million is a lightly sweet floral. Oils have intimate projection (most of them), but great longevity. You can wear them on their own if you want to do some self care, but can't/ don't want to use a strong scent. In the Middle East they're often part of a care regime and a big part of the fragrance wardrobe. If you use these as a base, your edp and even a mist has something to grab onto. You'll strengthen certain notes - of course make sure the fragrances suit! - and it'll almost guarantee you about 2hrs extra of longevity. On my dry, perfume eating skin that's a major bonus. 👌 Plus, your skin becomes all soft and supple. You can create your own oils by using Almond oil as a base (always use non comedogenic oil that's very soft in scent. Jojoba Rosehip and Grapeseed oil are all great too - jojoba is particularly outstanding if you suffer from eczema, but it's expensive - but Almond oil is easiest and cheapest to acquire). Just add a few drops of your fave essential oil(s) into 10-30ml base oil and voila: fragrance oil. You do need quality essential oil, and preferably 100% virgin and bio base oil to prevent allergic reactions, so it can become pricey... but if you can't find an ideal Attar it is a great option. Google certain essential oils for their allergens if you have sensitive skin. Lavender oil can smell wonderful, but even diluted it could cause dermatitis on some people. Patch test!!). Okay, that was my Mixologist Novel 😉. Once my blog is in the air I'm definitely adding an article about layering! Have fun!
Golden Decade and into the night are the only ones I have from this video so just tried them together and it's gooooooood. Has more depth than each on their own.
Great video. I love your layering recommendations. I most appreciate you telling which fragrance you layer first, 2nd. etc. So many of the fragrance You Tubers don’t provide the sequence that they use when layering. Great job.
Golden Decade by Zara, and Pure Wonder by B&B Works. I love it! I really like how Golden Decade works well with so many options. Mixed with Zara’s Red Temptation is lovely.
first off, i love the way you say Listen. ❤ I wasn't so sure about Lost Cherry at first because of the mixed reviews but girl after your combinations I definitely consider buying it now because of so many options you have given.
Girl, I watched this again, cause autumn is around the corner, and now, my arms are covered in more than 10 combination! 😂 Kamrah+sultry pear(zara)-brutal sexy Instant crush+kamrah-new parfume and level of sexiness Kamrah+cherry smoothie, wow, added longetivity to CS Cherry smothie+ebony wood-boss bitch with a hint of darkness Cherry smoothie+red temptation-totally new parfume! Armaf imperiale+yara Lattafa oud mood+rose gourmand I have no more arms right now, so I will try Golden decade combination tomorrow😂 Great for us with a lot of parfumes that get bored easily😅 Thank you queen❤
Love the combos - i got out of my bed to try born in Roma w black opium right away and I love it! Another suggestion: layer lost cherry and red temptation with Ebony woods. All three together = AMAZING, compliment getter!
I can smell this video😍😍😍. Listen! I have been layering Into the Night with either Angel Nova and La Vie est Belle en Rose. Trust me!!! Your lipstick is gorgeous too.
I love how pairing the same fragrance with different layering options can bring out completely different aspects of the same perfume. It completely changed Guess Seductive Noir to pair it with al rehab choco musk because it brought out those sweeter aspects, when usually it smells pretty fresh. I also how the same two fragrances might smell different throughout their lives, depending on which you sprayed last. I like pairing Franck Olivier Oud Vanille and La Rive Taste of Kiss (it is my favorite autumn fragrance), but I definitely prefer it with ToK on top. I find a bunch of layering combos just by not scrubbing before I change my fragrance, so sometimes my favorite combos are the dry down of this one with the opening of that one. So I really like Ana Abiyedh Rouge dry down with al rehab choco musk opening, it is nice to go to bed. I lately realized how many bottles of perfume I had amassed (23 bottles is too many for me, I managed to get it down to only 16 bottles), but I really enjoy smelling new things, so layering the ones I have gives me a bunch of new things to smell. Also, I tend to prefer a bit of complexity in my fragrance, but I also love cheapies, so a lot of times the best way for me to get the complexity I am looking for is to layer things together. Man, I just love how you describe things. You are one of my favorite fragcom people!
OH MY DAYS!!! I CAN BET THAT SMELLS AMAZING!!!! Seeing this comment gave a layering idea! I'm going to layer My Red Temptation (Baccarat dupe) with My L'aventure by Al Haramain (Creed Aventus for Her Dupe) & report back 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Can I be honest? Lost Cherry doesn't last & for the price? It's basically High Way Robbery. Lattafa has a Lost Cherry Dupe. Smells EXACTLY THE SAME! Even last Longer too babe 🤣 Same packaging too 🤣🤣
I use the (Paris Corner) Pendora Boozy Cherry as a dupe for TF. In my country you can get that one for 19,95 (50ml) or 29,95 (Similar bottle as TF, 100ml). The quality is actually quite decent for a cheapie and from what I've heard about the real deal, you'll probably be better off with the fake 😉. I use it A LOT, especially as a layering fragrance, so to me it is kind of funny that the Lost Cherry is playing such a big role in this video, hihi. I didn't know Lattafa had one, but not surprised 🤣. Btw, I personally think that JPG La Belle Le Parfum has a lot in common with Lost Cherry - on my skin at least. La Belle is less Boozy. So, if you know anyone who has it, or you have it, you could test it out with her first.
Cocoooo I love you so much! Girl I layered a dupe for lost cherry and jazz club yesterday when we went to the cinema with the kids and it was 💣 I had people starring me down and whispering uhhh she smells good (I go hard on the trigger 😂 I also tried red temptation and jazz club (by accident), libre intense and jazz club (fireeeee), rose gourmand and Ameer Al Oud by Lataffa and loved it! I have a few perfumes arriving this week and will do some more tests, love yaaa ❤
One of my favourite layering combos that I wear that forever has people chasing me to find out what I'm wearing is Dior poison girl mixed with JPG scandal by night. When I tell you it's *chef's kiss* just has me out here click and collecting people's souls 😂😂😂
I wore Lipstick Fever today which has terrible performance on me so I noticed I still had Lady Million Lucky on my desk from the other day so I layered it and it is a nice combo. However I did not like the Club De Nuit Imperiale with lipstick fever because CDNI overtook it but now I’ll try lipstick fever with other scents and see what I can come up with. I usually layer scents that don’t perform well because I try to find a use for them if they’re not a great stand alone scent. Excellent video 🔥 ❤
eau de soleil blanc and Delina is surprisingly nice! It turns into a smooth summertime Delina!!! Also works with Delina la rose. Not sure how I discovered it, but I love it!
I love me some layering One of my favs is zadig & voltaire this is love with zara fields at nightfall Lattafa poudrée + lattafa musk mood Lattafa ajwad + lattafa poudrée Hugo boss the scent accord parfait + guerlain mon guerlain intense
I want to listen to you talk about perfume all the time. I love your voice. And I layer so much...right now I'm loving layering Khamrah by Lattafa with Good Girl by Carolina Herrera and then also layering Khamrah with Casmir by Chopard ...Fall/Winter delights!
Khamrah & La Belle are already beast mode individually...I put these on a test strip, and this combo is EVERYTHING. I also plan to try L'Interdit Rouge with La Belle. You definitely can't go wrong layering with Into the Night; when I pair ITN with Angel Muse, I regularly get compliments. As always, thanks Coco Pebz for your great and informative videos.
"Fabulous" ✨️"Phenomenal"✨️ "Spectacular"✨️.. shout out to you📌 because I know you made SURE to give us a variety of adjectives unlike influencers who only say "this smells so good" for each & every fragrance🫠 your perfectionism shows💕😄
So listen...you just made TF Lost Cherry worth it for me 😳 Girl all these options??! I paused the vid and went to douse myself in the Khamrah + La belle and...🤤 Can't stop sniffing myself. Changed my whole mood. Love you STRONG Coco!
Omg Khamrah and Lost Cherry! Yummmmm Thank you. I love layering videos. Can you do more Arabic fragrance layering combos? Your personality is addictive. I have Golden Decade, so tomorrow I’ll go to Bath and Body Works.
Thx for that rouge malachite dupe!! That stuff is way too expensive happy for that tip! Ok my fav layering combos I have three. 1. Ebony Wood ( I just love this i like alone but ebony wood is just perfect for layering!!) ebony wood with creatively Shanghai and ebony wood with alien fusion THAT one gets me compliments during the winter so yummy ! 2. Chanel Leau with Waterlily Tea dress they really compliment and the mint mmm 3. Nirvana Rose with Creatively Shanghai.
@@CocoPebz Give me a shout if you want me to mail you a sample. I got Tobacolor too and not sure which one I love more 🤷♀️ Will message you on insta actually xx
You went straight in with heavy hitters born in roma with black opium. Donna already be having people complimenting me asking me what do I have on after I left the room so I already know mixing them two together is going to be crazy
I love your combo suggestions and some I have so I will try them! You are so beautiful and I just love your energy! My combo today was Donna Born in Roma intense and Vanilla 28 it was beautiful. Thank you for sharing ❤
I did LDBS (I have a dupe) & Luxury Rouge & layered them for my Christmas party AND LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING MADAM COCO! As you said? Nuclear! It smells so damn good. I had ppl sniffing my neck!
Ebony woods, VDBIR and Lost Cherry has been my go-to layering combo since you first mentioned them… love it!!!! I was about sell my Jazz Club but now I’ll have to hold on and try these new combos. 😊
Love you Coco! 💕 I get compliments on Black Opium plus BBW Into the Night. And I also use Zara Memiore Intense with CK Obsession. This is my cozy rosey winter combo. And OMG Golden Decade and Black Opium are incredible 😍
Lovely Combos. I do the same thing. I choose my fragrance by my mood, what I'm wearing & also experimentally! I will be trying some of these combos!!!!
Love these! I’ve done one similar by layering Red Temptation with Cherry Smoothie and Girl of Now Shine🥰 and another one of my Zara favs is Gardenia and Universal Oud combo 👌🏽
I usually layer fragrances that I might like but feel are too strong or too sweet for my liking. I usually mix them and they seem to balance well and I usually put down the strong one first and later with the sweet over top. Weirdly it seems to make a difference the order you lay them down. My first actual layering combo was when I got aura edp and I just felt it was too much somehow on its own. I had womanity (which is my summer scent) as well so just sprayed that over top...I swear to you the amount of people who complimented me, random people hugging me (pre pandemic obvs) and animals!!!! I used to cut through a park on my way to work and dogs jumping in me, sniffing me. So ja I use that combo rarely now 😅. My current one is ameer Al oud intense I think it's called, with opulent musk (both by lataffa) and Jazzab rose gold by french Arabian that smells like Turkish delight, the authentic version.
I love your video this my first time watching you and I loved Any possibility that you have a video with some more affordable frangrace maybe Arabic I do a layer with YSL intense and violet bloom from Zara every time I get many compliments looking forward to hear it from you thanks
Hi coco i know this video is a year old but i love it thanks for share . Have you tried shaghaf oud tonka layer with tom ford lost cherry, its beautiful and addictive ❤❤
I have golden decade and khamrah. Trying layered it together. Idk how to describe but it's smell so leathery but then dry down to spicy with vanilla blast😭so good
Your Zara confessed over-spender here 😂😂😂…Iv been sleeping on this page since last night …my bank account is emptyyyyy 😂😂😂…thanks for the great videos ❤❤
