I remember very well a few years ago, if you did 500 league upgrades during tots, you'd get all of them pretty much. Last week I did 2500 player picks, 950 exchange packs, 600 league upgrades and every sbc pack and got vvd. Yes that is insane but he's the only player I got over 100k. If I didn't get him that would be insane. These days you can grind soooo much more than in the years before but they are unpackable. You put in hours and hours of menu grind just because you're afraid to miss out. This game has become a chore. Not fun.

I swear to God I came up against a team with first owner cold palmer saka vvd rice and frimpong all tots and the player was so shit but he was doing them raty little fucking overhead kicks and he beat me last minute with one of those I was so pissed man

You are right about the point that you have to treat your RTG like a job if you want to keep up with the other teams. I have to say tho that I realised last weekend that for me it's a pure mindset problem if I do bad in WL. I start a new rtg every year at the start of tots and I got my first rank 2 again after 3 months with an attack of evo luis diaz, ice joao felix and fs Olise because I didn't expect a good rank and actually had fun playing and beating god squads. On my main I got only 15 wins and it felt like I have to force myself to finish champs. I play so much worse if I have no fun, I get tunnel vision because 15 out of 20 games at least you play against the same 4321 meta playstyle anyway.
We used to complain about how we couldn’t get certain players and now they’re actually obtainable by money or even menu grinding imo this is my fav fifa I got dinho finally maldini finally gullit finally (wwc but I was still happy for gullit) and tons of other players some are harder to get and some ppl just have all the luck and it is what it is
Wel last 2 fifa's you could have Cruyff , Gullit sbc's done by just play the game. Now the packs you can earn in tots are like September packs. No use to play. I don't pay and now I don't play
I think it sucks that we have to spend money to build a team to compete, but it’s the first time that I can remember that FC feels like the playing field is level. Would like to see more chances to grind for good cards.

Now is this just me or is the quality of packs we get from objectives been toned down alot other than like the champs obj. Like daily upgrade seems to have been hella nerfed
I took a break after last year and came back a month ago and wow it's crazy. I was a 11 W consistent player now I can't even get to 9 wins because of my team and the crazy teams people have.
They also just majorly nerfed the rewards from objectives right as TOTS started, that’s just another slimy tactic to force people towards buying store packs
I just started an rtg, im in div 7 rn and my team is an all english promotion system team. But I wont even think about fut champs rn. its a 90 rated team too, i have all the epl young players and i get 8-0 in champs, but win in rivals.
When ur team is worse, u can feel how insanely overpowering the opponents ai is and how fast they are. It’s not a coincidence. U can notice it the reverse way too when ur team is better than ur opponents.
i 've had thundestruck dinho since november or whenever promo came out , his dribbling doesnt feel anywhere near as good as it did before tots his touches everything and thats just one player playstyles carry so much , i got base gullit and toty mattheus in midfield and i m struggling every game bc they dont have 10 playstyles i have another rtg acc and i got like 15 - 20 wins in a row from d1 to elite just using mac allister and douglas luiz
They need to fix 5 backs and gameplay cause every time you attack everyone is back defending there is no fun. Also This 4321 formation miss the old times when u can play any formation and it didn’t matter cause u can still win while using any formation. Also fix the bloody market cause every card is so cheap like u pack someone big and there worth 60k

I have an rtg and a main team, I took months off my rtg played it the last 3 weekends weekend league only and I agree the amount of people with r9 Pele tots haaland I played this weekend was a joke, i managed to slap most of them. I just played to 11w 4l and gave away wins to save my sanity 😂
But tbh the players you mentioned came out months ago. Vini was never worth with tots around the corner. Capita been outdated for a while. You can’t compare an RTG to someone who’s been playing

Not to hate skillz but I’m an RTG and I’m div 2 and constant Elite 1 player in champs. I haven’t spent a single penny and I still go to school. So maybe it just a you problem
Normally get eleven wins on fut champs, so far five games in one win four losses and all im facing is god squads and players who are higher skill levels then me and i cannot compete, also formation wise i can mirror the oppositions but my team dont run forward etc even with get in behind get in box etc on for my attackers and midfielders, also my opponents are getting so many bounce backs to there god squads feet i can go on, i turned off after the last match and want to go back on and finish, but mentally im done with it its for me ( an average player ) the games broken like broken im not spending money on packs never have never will do good luck to anybody who is still playing and struggling !
I went 16-4 this weekend one of my losses was against one of the worst players he had tots vvd and saliba with yashin in goal I had 17 shots on target and 5 xG and lost on pens at 2-2 . He had 6 shots but had toty r9 and mbappe so got 2 goals. It’s ridiculous

The Worst problem is not being rewarded for 19 , rank 1 .. pl 19-1 got trash , Bundesliga tots 19-1 got trash while 11 win players get salah, vvd, musiala, wirtz so annyoing an unrewarding

I have been playing since Fifa 10 and have watched you since back in the day. I just officially uninstalled this game. The gameplay this year has been worse than its ever been which is the most important part of the game for me, just like you. On top of that, the store packs just handing out better rewards than I get in Rank 2 or Rank 3.... there really is no point if you don't want to be a degenerate gambler. They destroyed all the fun that this game once was and continuously screw over the community like the TOTY Messi incident I just can't play it anymore. I appreciate all the videos over the years though and for spreading the fun that this game once was.
Paying money in a game that has p2w elements and a store gets you better players? "shocking" What is there to fix? If you want to RTG, then RTG. If you want to sell your house to get packs, then do that.
The game is a casino now. Cards now have a shelf life of 1- 2 weeks. If you are not living on the game you have to spend money or you fall behind. The game allows too many people who are not good at the game to appear so. Bottom line - FIFA/FC24 whatever you want to call it is done. This is now a money simulator
Im RTG play more games than anyone and get nothing from it no joke I dont put money in the game and grind more than anyone, it’s like me doing more hours in a job than my friend and my friend getting more wages its backwards, def worse football game ever, worse state it’s ever been in and it’s lost 70 percent of people that used to play it so now only ppl that play it are pay to win and ppl like me are struggling and it’s effecting my mental health big time it’s disgusting I just wana enjoy the game but its absolutely fucked and worse mistakes than any other year and more pay ti win this year than any other year, stil haven’t packed a good TOTS they will loose most people when FIFA 25 comes out FACT
I understand its weekend league but i am an rtg and I was a consistent 17-3 and 16-4 player last fifa but im struggling to get to 12 wins im playing toty r9 when I lost 3 in a row 😂😂😂 what is this game
When u face this pay to win teams ur team literally glitches. I understand is a business and the point is to make money, but at least don’t screw my gameplay bcz my team is “weaker.”
When playing a 100% RTG you can completely been better then someone who brought packs kuz in a RTG you grind for real and know too play my team stacks on sbc cards n pack luck no money at all spend
You didnt work hard enough You never complete a season and you never grind sbcs and you barely complete any objectives you can have a good team through sbcs but i know that youre not the menu type guy so i understand it is what is
